Excellent gelato! It is located inside the mall at a large kiosk. They have at least 20 different flavor a which made it hard to choose. There are three sizes: piccolo, regolare, and grande. Piccolo is only one flavor. Regolare is larger and allows up to two flavor a and Grands is the largest and allows three flavors. I wanted more than one so I went with the regolare and had stracciatela and gianduja. Both were amazing. Why 4 and 5 stars? The girl behind the counter didn’t seem very friendly and couldn’t be bothered to work. Everything else was great.

I love the gelato … it is smooth, creamy and full of flavor, and the staff are always cheerful and pleasant. However, yesterday(Saturday) I had a repeat issue. I ordered a regular, with two flavors … the salted caramel was delicious… but the hazelnut was gritty. Perhaps it had thawed and refrozen several times, I don’t know … I have experienced this before and just chalked it up to a bad batch… but I now know that before I order any particular flavor, to ask for a taste. The grainy texture was just totally unpleasant.

I love Italian food and even the ice cream, in Paciugo’s case their Gelato Best ice cream ever! Awesome service in this kiosk always. I’m happy that they allow you to sample the Gelato prior to purchasing. Also, they can sell it by the pint if you wish to take more with you than just a small cup.

This is a nice mall kiosk gelato store. They also do coffee drinks and smoothies. They have a wide variety of flavors, and they offer dairy free and fat free options, all fruit flavors though. I’d love to see sugar free options. Is it too much to ask for a dessert without sugar? I know it is, but I always like to see this as an option for diabetics. I have a few close relatives with the condition. For their regular dairy options, they offer a lot of a decadence: chocolate hazelnut, chocolate chip cookie dough, and Italian wedding cake are my favorites. They offer some fun flavors too, like bubble gum. The textures are nice with great flavor. The prices are pretty expensive. I got a small with two mix ins for around $ 5. You can definitely get samples before you commit to the full size. Is this the best gelato I’ve ever had? No. Is it great and worth 4 stars? Yes. Service is also friendly.

The employees on duty on 5÷6÷2015 were extremely nice, they allowed us to sample a few flavors before making our final decision. They truly know the meaning of customer service!!! Yummy gelato as well :)

It’s cold in Texas and that means gelato! Ok, its odd, but I just had a craving when I was wandering about the mall. They finally had a pistachio flavor and I had to have it. It was an almond-pistachio mix and it was good. Had bits of pistachio and almond. The workers were friendly. I wish they would bring back the ability to do half and half for their small cup sizes.

Best gelato I’ve had in the U.S. Compares with the real gelato we got accustom to living in Europe. The one flavor I love is Malaga(rum raisin) but every time I go there they never have it. I wish Malaga would be a regular flavor.

This location is in the mall. Nice gelato but there was only one flavor I’ve tried so far that rocked my world. I love the ice cream like gelato, and it’s good for Texas, but definitely not the best. Also, the flavors change daily with no menu posting, so there is no way to make sure the flavor you want will be there. I’m all for variety, but it’s disappointing to visit and your favorite flavor isn’t there. I love the hazelnut chocolate one. Tastes just like a rocher. All and all I’ve had better. Loving one flavor didn’t warrant more stars for me. But it’s convenience did get it 3.

With the hot Texas summers, Paciugo is the perfect place to stop for a frozen treat in downtown Fort Worth. The gelato selection is both extensive and creative. Vanilla lavender? Yes please! Add to that Bailey’s, Limoncello, and Sea Salt Caramel flavors, as well as your classic fruity and sweet standbys, and you can create your perfect 2 – 5 flavor combination in an order.

Try their water based gelato… very good. Last time I had Strawberry and Lemon and mixed them together. The flavors were very fresh and potent. Their other milk-based flavors are good(although not as good as in Italy!)

I was surprised to see a gelato stand at the Parks mall. I’ve been to their shop at the Uptown area in Cedar Hill. In Italy and Rome, they never made creamy gelato; all fruity flavors. I tried the creamy stuff and definitely didn’t like it. I stuck with the fruity stuff, and ended up getting a small grapefruit. YUM.

This is the location at the mall. I had never had Paciugo before and it was very good albeit expensive. My hubby and I each got a small and really enjoyed the gelato. My favorite flavor was the wedding cake it was delicous. I will definitely go back.
