Ordered online because it’s cheaper. Received an email that it would take 36 – 46 minutes to arrive. Ar 1 hour I called the store to check the status, they stated that the pizza was checked out for delivery meaning the pizza was in a car on the way. At an hour and 20 minutes I called the 800 number because we live 5 minutes from where the pizza was ordered. The ONLY reason o even ordered online was to save a few bucks. I don’t mind if it’s going to take longer than what was promised, but at least call/email to update the status of «we’re busy» so I’m not sitting. Around waiting to know if I’m ever going to get the food I paid for… Called the 800 number and they said«we’ll file a formal complaint and the manager will call you». never ordering online or from this store again. Set an expectation and then deliver as promised… or if you can’t meet that expectation then update me. We ha e guests over and we’re just staring at the table where the pizza should be… thanks Papa Johns.

I was pretty upset with the driver that delivered our pizza. I ordered the pizza and left the house, my husband and son were at home. I ordered the pizza about 7:40 and I received a call from the driver at 8:25 that he had been waiting at my door for 20 mins and no one was answering so he was already heading back to the store. I told him that I was sorry that my husband wasn’t answering, but he is for sure home and that I can call him to come to the door. He just said very RUDELY«Well Ive waited this long I guess I cant wait 10 more minutes!» and then he hung up on me! Seriously the most un-professional comment! I don’t understand why he waited 20 minutes to call me??? After a couple knocks, why didn’t he call me right away? Im so upset that he would choose to wait that long THEN be rude to me on the phone? I love Papa Johns Pizza, but im very upset that I feel like I shouldn’t order from there anymore. What if they intentionally do something to my food now because of that horrible driver. As soon as I called my husband, he ran to the door and apologized for not hearing him knock, and he was still tipped. Update: The regional and gm of this papa johns just called me and apologized. We had a good talk and I really appreciate him taking the time to call.

I wasted a hungry eating this nasty pie! I ordered 4 toppings but received very little of each and it was mostly distributed in the middle. On average, the cheese and toppings came within 3 inches from the edge of the pizza, that’s a lot of crust. I know this is a big company and they do a good business, but I don’t know why!

Been going to this Papa Johns for 10 years. The pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious. You can tell it is well managed. It’s almost always better to do a carry out at any pizza chain. You’ll get your pizza closer to the time it actually came out of the oven. This location is always generous with the toppings, which is a big plus!

Manager was extremely rude when called in to find out why it was taking so long. In addition they didn’t even offer the special which made it more expensive. I recommend that in order to make this a better experience corporate should consider finding better management and not someone that is rude to their customers. I recommend going with Pizza Hut or dominos for a better experience.

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza joint in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. High points are: copious amounts of cheese, a rich garlic butter sauce to dip it in, and a pepper with each pizza. Fast delivery(especially when a store is around the corner from one’s house) but they charge $ 1.00 for delivery. I’m supposed to pay a delivery charge AND a tip? This is good pizza for a large chain, but there’s probably better in this area — and certainly MUCH better pizza in other metrropolitan areas like the SF Bay Area(I wouldn’t be biased or anything). p. s. Important lesson for everyone: pizza and Chinese food are MUCH better fresh(compared to being re-heated in the microwave a day or two or three later… but then, you all knew that because you aren’t retarded like me).
