They can do many other things beside shipping, I brought a box of files to them and request to scan them into pdf files, they can do it perfectly in one day

I love this place! They are very helpful and courteous when helping you out. It has a family feel to it and not like a big box store. I highly recommend going there if you need to ship anything. They can give you your best options!

I tried to drop off a prepaid package with postage already paid by Apple. They said their computers were down and they couldn’t provide receipts and I should visit the UPS store instead. I won’t be back to this shoestring operation.

That’s it! I’ve given these people 3 tries! Every time I think… I’m sure they aren’t that nasty and yet each time they prove me wrong. I don’t want to be yelled at for not placing a return label on correctly! Come on just nicely say… You know if you tape it down on all three sides it’s better. Not «tape it down all sides I do it this time not next time». I’m done I’ll drive 10 more minutes to falls church.

All I needed was to fax («just the fax/​facts Ma’am»), but to fax anything at Kinko’s costs about $ 3 – 4.00 per page. I found Parcel Plus online where it is only $ 1.25 per page; no wallet-​busters there. Tucked away at the back of the plaza, easy to park, you can do your other shopping too, and a nice couple owns the place.
If I am this excited about faxing, I need to get out more ~
