I love me some Pei Wei. I ordered takeout since we were coming in from out of town and the only positive is that our food was ready earlier than expected. The quoted time was twenty minutes and I think it as ready in ten. The service was great but the food was disappointing. Ordered the usual– pei Wei spicy steak with quinoa, two orders of Dan Dan noodles, and Kung pao shrimp with quinoa. The shrimp was undercooked and every dish was oily. I could feel it in the bottom of the pan when I washed it to put it out with recycling. My stomach is highly upset after eating what is usually a delicious meal.

The food is pretty good. High in sodium, but it’s pretty much expected. The menus are not only on paper but on large TV screens, pretty cool. 3⁄5 on cleanliness. I know it’s a high traffic restaurant, and I took that into account. The girl with the half shaved head that takes your order is by far the nicest person I have ever encountered at a service job. Management, give her a raise, or at least give her a pat on the back. She bumped this place up from 3 to 4 stars.

Staff are friendly, restaurants is clean, I like that you can see them prepare food as they have an open kitchen. I prefer Pei Wei because of the freshness of the food. Much better than the other Self-owned Chinese Restaurants in the area despite being a franchise.

Not really impressed with the food here anymore. I used to always order the traditional lettuce wraps but the last few times I have ordered them they have been very greasy and not appetizing at all. I do have a new favorite of the won ton soup, great flavor!

I used to eat here every other week. BUTNEVERAGAIN!!! I’m pregnant and my boyfriend and I ate here and got food poisoning!!! Because of the Vietnamese rolls and chicken fried rice!!! I loved it here, but if a restaurant does this even once never go back!!! Never know what’s in your food at these places.

Trying to eat a little more healthy, I came here looking for good quality food. I ordered what could be best described as a Teriyaki style chicken bowl. I forgot the actual name. They brought me a bowl with teriyaki sauce all over the outside of the bowl, as if the server or cook had it all over their fingers. I got up, took a bigger bowl from the counter, and poured the dish into a clean bowl. Then, although I thought the chicken would be half decent, it turned out to be overcooked breaded chicken crap that I was trying to avoid. I was not impressed with the rice either. You can do better at a traditional mom and pop«Chinese» food place.(Try the place right around the corner, next to UPS Store. Forgot the name, but great wonton soup). PEIWEIHASCRAPFOOD!

Great location, good service. We like going bc the kids meal is very cheap, but almost the same amount of food as the regular entrée. Don’t forget to set up a points/rewards account.

I came to Pei Wei during my lunch hour, decided to get it to-go since my co-worker informed me that its always busy during that time. I placed my order online and when I arrived my food was ready. I appreciated that quick service and the helpful staff. I had the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was nothing to special. I ordered a small and I will say you do get quite a bit with your order. I also ordered the fried rice with it. I will say this places is fairly similar to a «Panda Express» I definitely would not go out of my way to go order again. Overall I don’t think I will be going back to Pei Wei unless I get a offer for discounted food or something. Pei Wei also has a loyalty program that I would recommend signing up for if you are wanting free food or discounts on certain meals. That option is available.

Went in with a group of friends for lunch. 20 minutes after I ordered(and my friends had already eaten), I realized they had forgotten my food and I requested it Togo. Another ten minutes passed before I gave up and requested a refund, at which point she took a guess on how much my food was, unlocked the drawer with a key, and gave me cash. I paid almost $ 12 on my credit card for my meal, and she gave me $ 11 cash as my refund and sent me on my way. By far the worst and most confusing dining experience I’ve ever had. Bottom line: stick to the location near I-20 if you live in Arlington and have to have Pei Wei.

Pei Wei has become my go to for any Asian cravings. The quality of food at this location has always been excellent. I especially love the crab rangoons. They are packed with filling.

Overall, my review is about the same as last time. The overall experience was ok, but they put way more rice than meat w/my meal. Just not sure what the big deal is about this place. For a better meal, I think Royal Panda right around the corner has WAY better food.

This particular PeiWei location had friendly cashier staff, but messy restrooms. Additionally, they served us uncooked food, and had many drink options missing, how can a Peiwei NOT serve iced tea? Their citrus tea used to be a treat. Their 1 drink machine was already out of gingerale, too. We noticed during the past year that nearly all locations we have visited have been going downhill. We frequent the Arlington and Dallas locations,(or used to). As I was typing this review, I also noticed food crumbs on the table, chairs, booth, and floor beside us. Lost my appetite.

Omg. If you want a sodium attack eat here. I am usually the one to reach for the salt, but this place has way too salty food, I had to throw dinner away. Will never go back. I was traveling and I had heard about this place which is owned by PF Changs. Horrible. I had a roll, chicken with lettuce wraps, pad Thai and a soup. All salty

I placed a to go order that went well over the time they said it would be ready for pick up. While waiting I noticed the city HEALTHCODEVIOLATIONS document hanging on the wall… Violations including –molded ice maker –unsanitary food prep stations

Quick service and helpful staff. I had the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was tender and tasty. You get quite a bit with your order. I really liked the fried rice with it. I’m not sure how it would be with just the steamed rice. I had the small serving and it was plenty for me. They also have a coke machine to choose our own flavor a. Kind of handy.

Time to update and change my review on Pei Wei I will have to down grade them from 5 to 4 stars. The 4 star are because the food is very good. I have tried all the appetizers and they are very good. As for the main course meals all are very good also I have tried most of them all. Not a fan of the orange peel chicken to sweet. The Mongolian and the Kung Pao are very tasty. The down grade is because this location has been going downhill. The restaurant has stop setting the tables now they are bare. The place looks unfinished. The tables are sticky; the hot sauce containers are not clean. No oranges last time when we were there. I’ll give them a break on that one. I feel they downgraded the atmosphere for cost. It all started to change a few months back after Pei Wei changed the menus. The new menus are not as good as they were. Not user friendly. The price has gone up to much for Asian food over 10 a person. You can get a small portion for 2 dollars cheaper. I want the Pei of old before they started cost cutting.

Restaurant is very dirty. The tables and floors were awful. The bathrooms not clean, nor any paper towels to dry your hands.

Some reviews I do are long for places that deserve a novel. Others are short and sweet for places that are good and that’s all that really needs to be said. We’ve eaten at Pei Wei for years and have had pretty much everything on the menu. All is good and you will be happy with pretty much anything they have. Tell them I said«Hi» but be ready they’ll look at you funny because they have no idea who I am.

This location is always busy considering the area it’s in. Very close to the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Love Asian food. I get lettuce wraps and the teriyaki low mein. Customer service is decent.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. They are overly accommodating and take great care of us every time we come in !!! From the cashiers to the managers, they go above and beyond. My son wanted his family birthday party here so we did and we we’re glad about that. They made a little section for us and it was great. The manager was kind enough to buy my sons birthday lunch, which was rather impressive. This is a «staple» in our families meal rotation, sometimes more than others but that’s ok because the food and service is what we enjoy when we go eat.
