Worst service ever ordered on line sent my son to pick it up and he returned with ½ the order. When I called in to ask where the rest of my order was the young lady who stated was the manager said she noticed after he left that the full order hadn’t been given to him. When I inquired why they did not attempt to contact me to advise us so that we could have gone back, she just hesitated on the phone and said she wasn’t able to call me back or pull up my information. I encourage everyone to not order from this location

This place is usually lacking in the customer service spectrum. Don’t know why I forgot that. Just ordered take out. They said it would be ready in 20. I got there in 30(stopped; stood in line at QT on the way). When I showed up it wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Two other customers had to wait as well. They were more unhappy than I was. Mine(and one of those frustrated customers’) orders came up. They forgot her bread sticks and they forgot my marinara(same thing they forgot last time). She showed me the wings I ordered and by the way they looked I assumed they were the Jim Beam wings that I asked for. Got home and bam! They were Buffalo. Will not go back here.

i orderd pizza arnd 7.30 spoke to a guy his name was cameron and i dont know if he was high or what he messed up my order after repeating myself 5 times and he repeated after me while i made my order, the delivery driver who deliverd the pizza was kind i appreciate ur service joel, but told him he got the wrong order so he took the pizza back with him. i called again to make my order spoke to christy who was kind on the phone and took my order but then waited for my pizza after 45 minutes but it wasnt here, called again and requested to speak to alexander who was nyc and promised that my order should be at my house in like 30 minutes i told her ok i will wait, after 1hr my pizza wasnt here and so i called back and CAMERON!!! the guy who took my order in the beginning hunged up on me, called 3 tyms he picked up and hunged up, so i had to call using a private number so that someone could answer. its now 10:30 and my pizza aint here yet and i live 7 minutes away from the store… i would have picked it up but have a sick baby at home… i am so dissappointed with this store and this is not the first time, i do understand people make mistakes but this is too much…

Ech, still going back to this one out of convenience but had a kind of gross moment here the other day. The cashier(who was friendly) kept sneezing, then went to get our pizzas. She walked back out and wiped her snot-filled nose(no snot was actually visible) and sucked it back in, then opened our pizza boxes. She didn’t actually touch the food, but still kinda gross.

I placed my order on the Pizza Hut mobile app like I usually do. I got confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Normally, I arrive right on time and my order is ready immediately. Today, I arrived 10 minutes late expecting my order to be ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order, no explanation why. When they showed it to me, it was wrong. They verified the order information on their paper ticket. Sure enough, what I’d ordered was not what they prepared for me. I asked for a refund, which they promptly granted. This Pizza Hut is in a good location in North Arlington, but the neighborhood is uncomfortable and feels unsafe. The shopping center is a bunch of run-down shops, convenience store, pawn shop, cash advance store and such. There is another Pizza Hut about 3 miles away that doesn’t feel as unsafe and treacherous. The staff at this Pizza Hut has completely changed at least three different times for the entire time I have been coming here. Even the managers have changed. Each time the staff changes the customer service changes, downward mostly. And the quality of the product is inconsistent, being great sometimes and just ok at other times. You never know exactly how it will be. Consider another Pizza Hut or another pizza chain.

I had pizza delivered to our hotel and the pizza was fine. Ordered a $ 10 pizza box special but it was actually $ 17 something. Again the pizza was fine but the breadsticks and marinara sauce were cold. I still think it’s not accurate to say $ 10 box when you are forced to order more for a higher price.

Im with Cynthia R. I had my pizza delivered the bread sticks were hard as drum sticks and stale. My pizza wasn’t good at all it tasted like it was really made in a hut for real. I don’t normally order from pizza hut in the first place and will never do it again. Wish I had my $ 28 bucks back

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before we chose to order, but I just never guessed I’d have such a terrible experience with a Pizza Hut. After over an hour of waiting for our pizza I called to check on it and the person I spoke with fold me it was on its way. We waited another 20 minutes and called again. This time they told us our order had been cancelled. They couldn’t tell us who cancelled it or why. We finally got them to bring our order another hour later, but they only brought half of what we order. I guess that’s why they decided they wouldn’t charge us– they had no intention of delivering what we actually ordered. I don’t care about the money– I would’ve rather paid to get what we ordered.

There pizza is your typical Pizza Hut pizza. They usually have some pretty good deals. I enjoyed their pizza. I have always picked up my pizzas and they have had it ready at a reasonable time.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, in any industry. My order was hitting the 2 hour mark since ordering. When I finally got someone on the phone line, she told me they cancelled my order because no one was there at delivery. I had been sitting in the living room specifically waiting for them. My phone was on the table and never rang. My address and phone are both correct and they have previously delivered before. My internet account information had not changed at all. My concerns were escalated to another employee named«Ryan»(apparently managers do not work there on friday nights). He rudely informed me that he could send me something in another 1.5 hours. He immediately casted aside my story as «your side» vs. «our side of the story». No apologies, nothing. Thanks for ruining the night Pizza Hut.

So its 2:30pm and I call here and they say its going to be an hour and a half. Ha I don’t think so. I have been inside and the workers all look like they are high. Last couple of times I have eaten at Pizza Hut I have gotten sick and I don’t have a weak stomach.
