When I signed up for the storage otcwas $ 1, howecer after all the fees and mandatory insurance it was full price. Add to it I was told one thing and next I get called from the so called manager try yo collect outstanding balance that was due 15 prior to the due date. After me telling her what I really thought the conversation ended by my phone got disconnected. Now, today 4 days prior to my next due date I can’t get into my storage, and my acct is up to date. What a f-cking inconveience, can we say they lost l a customer, yes.

Good location and good experience but the rate has gone for $ 130 when I started to $ 194/mo now. Too expensive and price increases are ridiculous
