My best friend and I went into the place so excited to share Christmas presents with each other and fellowship before her and her husband left for a cruise. We were very pleasant and extremely patient. We ordered top of the line meals and made no fuss about anything. When our food arrived my order was wrong– I do not like sending food back. I’ll typically just eat what they bring. However, I ordered a side of broccoli with my entrée and received French fries. I would have kept any kind of a vegetable but French fries just wouldn’t work for me. I spend too much time at the gym to eat all of that junk. So I asked for broccoli. The server returned with broccoli; however, there was clearly French fries on the plate and they even left the ketchup cup on my plate. If food is sent back– new food needs to come out. Sorry, but gross. Kitchens are dirty anyways and I can only imagine someone just casually swept the fries off my plate and plopped down a scoop of first available broccoli. The server seemed annoyed that I didn’t want the French fries that I never ordered. I still don’t get that. Why would I pay over $ 20.00 for a meal that consisted of fries? No thanks. After the food was returned we never saw the server, no ‘how is everything.’. Over 20 minutes without any interaction. She seemed to just disappear. We were wanting to split the brownie pie desert but after waiting so long to track down anyone to assist us, we were just ready to go. We asked a random server to send us our server when convenient. Let me add, we are not grouchy, complaining customers. We remained pleasant hoping to be a blessing to a server who appeared to be upset and struggling. The manager overheard us asking for the server and assumed we only wanted out ticket. He printed it out and dropped it off at the table. But like a normal party of three, we needed the check split. Our server emerged and said to her manager, ‘oh I can handle that.’ She brought us our ticket and was painfully overselling her ‘be blessed and merry Christmas’ cheer. I was discouraged because it appeared to be for show– right before we signed our name with the tip. I felt a little manipulated. We had tried so hard to be pleasant despite unfortunate mess-up’s on her part. Bummer. Maybe she thought because we were young she wasn’t going to get a good tip from us. Which didn’t end up being the case. For me, customer service is as much as the experience of going to a restaurant as eating the food.

I am not the one to be going to a Seafood joint, but this was for my Boyfriends’ birthday and it’s one of his favorites to have, fish, crab legs, lobster, shrimp all that. So this time we went late on a Friday night after running around got there around 8 and there was only like a 5 minute way. We had a great server and the service was great. Food was good he gave me many non seafood things to try from steak, chicken pasta or chicken fingers. It was a nice evening, the desserts we took home were the cheesecake, it didn’t have any graham cracker crust and It was definitely missing that, it was just okay wont get it again though.

I would like to state the stars for this review were earned all by the server. My receipt says Bassel D. I suppose was our waiter. Let me say I’m horrible with names so I hope that was right. What I do know is he was very informative about the selections, he was very courteous about giving us time to decide, he didn’t try to rush is even though they were closing his section, and he was very observant. We sat down he greeted us very warmly. He got our drink orders and answered a few questions about the menu. He got waters, bread, and salads out asap. The appetizer was right behind our salads. The meals were shortly after. The waters and bread never ran out. He kept everything full and kept it coming. The food was good. His recommendation for one of our entrees was excellent. Overall a great server!

I have been to Red Lobster many times over the years but, this was a somewhat bad experience. The waiter was very good natured but forgot our bread the whole meal and I totally forgot to ask til the to-go bag. The picture showed more crab than what actually arrived on my plate and the crab looked dried out and not fresh. Overall — in my opinion, the Crab Lovers Dream was more like a nightmare. There was however a show — a waiter dropped multiple glasses… because we heard them shatter a pause another shatter a pause and another shatter for possibly 6 glasses ? My 11 year old daughter wanted to go to this specific location because believe it or not, This restraunt is where her mother and I decided on her name when we decided to name our child. This will not be a restraunt I visit again anytime soon if this is what they have become.

On Aug 3rd we went to this location. Travis began as our waiter but was about to end his shift so he introduced Zakre as our new waiter. All of a sudden the place became very busy Travis stayed on the clock and between the two servers our experience was excellent. The food came out timely and hot. The waiters were upbeat despite the unexpected rush. They had a remarkable working relationship which made our communication btwn two servers smooth and without any confusion. Everything was correct and our meal was enjoyable.

The worst experience ever,!! I am not a really picky person, I am a normally patience person when it comes to waiting and food not been so perfect, but this time I really needed to complain. I was coming from church n i was expecting to have a joyful happy moment with my family… When I went to the front to give my name I told her we were 6 people and she gave me the viper, and she never mentioned about waiting time, so I thought any min we will be seated since it was only a couple waiting in front of us. So after 40 min, we notice that they were skipping us, n I went to the girt that takes the names n I asked her why she keeps sitting other people and why she kept skipping us, she said they didn’t have a booth for 6, n were waiting on a table big enough for us, so I told her that she just sat a big group, n she didn’t say anything. As I was walking back to my seat in the waiting area I saw the manager n went up to her n I asked her why they were attending the big party that camee after us?, she said that they called ahead,(which I tried that before n I think they told they didn’t do that) but anyway. I told the manager that I have been waiting over 40 min, n it was pretty much no waiting when I arrived, I told her if she wasn’t going to sit me right away I was going to take my money somewhere else where they appreciate my business. she Said oh I’m sorry n she told one of the the girls to sit me right away. So my point is that there was 2 empty tables one that suppose to sit 4 people n one bigger like for 8, so when we were about to sit down I asked the girl(which by the way is the same girl that took my name in the front) why she can’t sit us on the bigger table n she told us because they didn’t have a waiter for that specific area(which is odd) but I didn’t say anything else I was just happy to be sitting in the small table, she brought two extra chairs n we made it work. We were really hungry! Once we were sitting it took another 20min, before someone came to our table, n that person was the manager that she was sorry it was taking to long but our waiter was busy attending other tables, n if I wanted she will start bringing the drinks n appetizers, so I did order. As I was waiting for the apetizaer, we noticed that the big table close to us, the one with the big space ‚(the table that according to the girl on the front didnt have a waiter) had it people ordering food, so then I got really mad, but I told my mother that it was fine it was the last time I will be coming to red lobster. So there we were 6 people sitting in a little 4 sit it table, waiting for our food while the big empty table across from us got people sit, n they were served faster than us. From there everything was bad, food took for ever to come in, server was ok, but I think he had more tables that he can handle. So I don’t really think it was his problem, he was doing whatever he was able to do, I really think the management of they know they r short in stuff well they need to hire more people. For the price of the food i was expecting better Quality of service. N better food. I don’t recommend the place. They are so many other restaurants in the area, that won’t take forever to be sit it, n will have a better additude..

Food was awesome! Best biscuits I’ve ever had from Red Lobster. Unfortunately the whole restaurant had a funk smell. Like musty smell. But with all this rain lately it could be from that. Also we had to inform the manager that the waitress was intoxicated. He was excellent in dealing with our information and told us thank you for informing him. I’m not saying don’t go to this place. The food was outstanding and the service wasn’t bad they only problem was the waitress being drunk

I went the day before mothers day and yes people were celebrating early so we expected to wait… the wait to sit was only 15 minutes if that but the server was not great at all. By the time we got our food and finished and by the time we finished paying it had been 2 hours. the appetizer came with the food and our server mixed up everything one the 2 tickets. It was just an awful experience.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised how a manger took time out of his schedule to personally give my children an educational presentation about the different life cycles it takes for the lobsters to get a certain weight. My son(the extrovert he is) against my better wishes went up to the staff and asked what does a lobster eat? So I found out today that it was the General Manager Wayne, who answered every question and even took it a bit farther and lifted the lobsters out of the water for my two(son 8 and daughter 4) to touch. I was in awe of his patience and the time he took just to make that a memorable experience for them. Not only was our food absolutely delicious but you can’t pay for that type of customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant and those cheddar biscuits are to die for(or just a long nap).

It’s become my family’s tradition to celebrate birthdays at Red Lobster. I remember when I was a kid, you could go to RL to celebrate your birthday and they’d give you a 6 inch round cake to share with the table. Then it was a slice. Now, it’s just a few people awkwardly singing happy birthday to you. Over the years, RL has changed. Can’t tell if it’s for the better or worse. I will say portions have gone down, while prices have gone up. Inflation, I guess. As always, their Cheddar Bay Biscuits are good. Take whatever you have left home for reheating. And add applesauce to it – I know, it sounds disgusting but trust me on this. It’s amazing. I enjoy when they offered the lobster mac & cheese – wish they would make it a staple. Other stand out items include the crab and artichoke dip, the Shrimp Alfredo and the snow crab legs(when they aren’t on the small side, that is). If you’re going to get an alcoholic drink here, stick with the wines. Their cocktails are quite«fruit juice» tasting. And if you want to avoid the crowd, come in during the week days or Saturdays well before dinner.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from Red Lobster. I usually don’t with huge franchises. Luckily I didn’t, so I can sum up my experience here as well, just okay. Food — when basic and got the shrimp linguini while the boyfriend got the crab. It was pretty oily. Each plate was about $ 11 – 13. Meh. Atmosphere — the first thing that hit me was the smell. It was kind of musty! The ambience was pretty quiet for lunch hour. It had a very homey appeal. It doesn’t really match the advertisements you see on TV haha. Service — this was the best part of my experience here, although I didn’t quite understand why we had to wait for 5⁄7 minutes for a table when ¾ of the restaurant was empty. Despite that, our host was friendly as was our server as well! They were all very polite and kept us restocked with our drinks biscuits.

Waited forever for server after we were seated. Had soup and salad for lunch. I must be on a diet as I got 6 spoons of potato soup with tiny bits of clam(tasted more potato than clam) and the shrimp salad was cheap bag salad and 8 tiny shrimp. Not worth the money!

What happened, Red Lobster? Just a few months ago we were in a good relationship. You fed me delicious things in a relaxed, clean atmosphere and I gave you money. Sure I thought you were a tad overpriced, but I didn’t care. We can’t continue after yesterday, tho. Let me start with the good, then really go down into the gross and nasty. At least my birthday lunch was so bad it turned out to be comical. Yes it was my birthday. This year I had to be normal and go to work. Thankfully I work with awesome people that wanted to go out and celebrate. Our waitress, Brianna, earns the lone star this place gets from me. She was such a sweetheart to us. Super attentive and was really cheerful the whole way through. She needs to jet on outta there before they cost her any more tips. And the manager really did try to make things right, but it was just too little too late. Also, his little joke of «Oh wow! Those flies must have been eating our food!» was not really as humorous as it was ill-timed. because only now that I look back on it, it’s a little funny. Which brings me to the reason we lost our appetite: Horse flies. I always assumed horse flies belonged outdoors in a country landscape with cattle in the fields and. well, not in a damn restaurant in the middle of busy city traffic. As soon as we got our drinks one of my coworkers pointed out a steroid fly on the window behind us. That provoked someone else to point the other two ginormous atrocities hovering over two gentlemen having lunch across the room and the window they were next. By the end of it we saw 6 or 7 horse flies just buzzing around, wondering what food to sit upon. We let a waiter who brought out the appetizer know about it, and he laughed and said he would let someone know. He never did. Brianna had to go get management to seat us else where. Well wouldn’t you know it the damn things were over in the other corner too. By this time I couldn’t even eat the food. Half of the chips that came with the dip were stale and overly oily. I ordered the Atlantic Salmon with the lemon garlic butter sauce. I ate half of it. It was ok. The sauce was all lemon and no garlic. Then one of the ladies at our table found a hair lodged in her food. So while she got that taken care of, we just paid for the rest of it and got up and left. We were so flabbergasted it was hilarious. Thanks for the past great experiences, Red Lobster, but yesterday was just too much. I must move on without you.

This has been the worst experience ever. Endless shrimp has ended my time in which i will NEVER come back to RL. Too much salt and the food was terrible. Service was slow and the staff was not attentive. The manager tried to give us gift cards… no way im coming back to the Arlington Red Lobster

Tried red lobster at 17, said I wouldn’t go again. Now I’m 34 I thought I’d give it another try with this endless shrimp. I’m not going to red lobster again, I’ve had other places cook better seafood than this. Also sriracha shrimp was not what I thought. It gives sriracha a bad name. Our server was not attentive also.

I had such a great experience here that I sent feedback to the customer service department about how happy this Red Lobster location made me. Environment: Homey feel, the only complaint I had was that there was a temporary musky smell lingering around. The tables were very clean and the napkins were fresh. I was pretty impressed that the silverware had no stains(as most restaurants). Loved how the hostess gave us an option to sit at a booth or table. I also liked how the restaurant was quiet, but not silent. I don’t come to Red Lobster often, but I had a pleasant experience. Service: The service is what I want to emphasize. Our waitress was a woman named Lola. If you ever come here, I would suggest looking for her; she gave us the best customer service that I’ve received in a long time(besides restaurants that I’m a regular at). She was super patient, quick to refill drinks, and was extremely polite. To prove that it wasn’t just me, I overheard the table next to us also commenting on what a joy it was to have her as a waitress. She had great suggestions for the menu and was prompt about everything. Food: The food was excellent. I usually don’t anticipate quality seafood from restaurants that appear like Red Lobster(Chili’s, Cheddars, Cotton Patch, etc. American-based restaurants that keep your hands relatively clean). I ordered the create your own combo with garlic-grilled shrimp, salmon, and a side of mashed potatoes. Very impressed with the portion size and I had no idea that the shrimp would be laid on a bed of mixed rice. I was mostly impressed with the quality and how everything was cooked perfectly. Everything exceeded my expectations and I had a great experience here. Red Lobster isn’t a restaurant that I visit often, but it’s now one of the places on my go-to list when looking for a quick and very satisfying dinner.

If I could this place no stars I would. Worst service ever. The only thing I can say is the rice is nice in the seafood bake but everything else was cold. I will never come back again.

This Red Lobster in Arlington is good. On any other night it would be packed, but tonight it is good. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table. The Manager was very prompt in making sure our order was taken. He got our drinks and our appetizer for us. Which I thought was very nice of him. Our waitress was Amber. Very talkative and nice. If you happen to come this way get Amber she was very pleasant.

Went here yesterday. First off our server was awesome and cute. Luis. He talked and joked with us the entire time. Also about 3 other servers came by an filled our water or brought napkins or something. very attentive bunch here. Alot of the employees looked like they were stressed out and angry and annoyed. Not sure what was up their butts but our guys were great. Seems like a sucky place to work? There was no wait to be seated and we went at about 630pm. love it. The food was all perfect. all of it. My crab legs were cooked perfectly and werent all overcooked and rubbery and hard to crack. Rubbery crab legs are not easy to work with so they get a sticker for this. Biscuits were great. Always hot and very fresh tasting. I changed out the 2 sides that came with my meal for 2 other sides and they brought me all 4. SCORE! Ill definitely come back here.
