Comfortable place to stay

Location to Cowboys stadium, about 6 miles. Was not busy for Thanksgiving game. Staff was courteous and helpful. I had two rooms for two nights, a King studio suite and a King standard room. The three rating is for the following:
1. Chairs in rooms were tearing as were ottomans
2. Toaster in King studio not working
3. Oven in King studio would not go below 350 degrees, causing dry Turkey dinner
4. Standard King had a bad leaking window, causing carpet by bed to be soaked. You could tell an attempt had been made to fix it, but not a good repair
5. The evening reception is advertised from 6:00 — 7:30. I went down at 7:00, and everything had been cleaned up. Nothing left. Very disappointed.

5 stars overall; located in an area with numerous restaurants and places for shopping. They serve a great variety for breakfast and on some nights they serve a light meal for dinner… this is really convenient during the week, after work. The rooms have a kitchen and small living area; my room was clean and the housekeeping staff kept my room supplied with towels, etc. throughout the week. Mary (at the front desk) was especially helpful to me throughout my stay. I don’t have any noise or maintenance complaints. I travel pretty often, primarily for leisure instead of work, but this place certainly exceeded my expectations.

I travel for a living and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. The rooms make you feel like you’re at home and the customer service is outstanding. The only suggestion for improvement is the Wi-​fi is extremely slow. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

PRO – Well maintained. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast selections. Well stocked, comfortable rooms like living in a small apartment.
CON – Stayed two nights the weekend of the big Texas ice/​stow storm. This hotel is clueless about ice safety issues. Slick ice coated walkways and entries into the buildings. I lived in New England for l5 years and this is VERY DANGEROUS. Called front desk immediately upon arrival in room about iced entry ramp. Still not taken care of an hour later. Took a second call to get it done.
We reserved a two bedroom suite. Without asking us or informing us in advance, at check in we were assigned two different one bedroom suites across the hall from one another. What’s this? Found out when given the room keys. Not happy about this, but could do it as we were two adults. What if children had been involved? The two different rooms were not more expensive for us as we were charged the original one suite price. The original reservation had been made five weeks in advance.

Comfortable spot to stay and work from. Can walk to a couple of OK places to eat. Right off the highway.

I have nothing negative to say but plenty of positive about this hotel! Just like the other reviews say there are lots of amenities. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Short drive to surrounding attractions and within walking distance to a huge outdoor shopping center with loads of restaurants. Will definitely be back!,

I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this hotel. Competent, friendly staff, nice pool and work out room. This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Located in a nice area with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a very short drive. Comfortable bed, free wifi and a pretty decent free breakfast.

Very nice hotel. This is my first time staying here at this location and it was not here the last time I was in Arlington but the entire area has changed and looks very nice. The staff here is polite, they have breakfast each morning and cook a small dinner a couple of times weekly.
Indoor swimming pool, free wifi, free parking, great neighborhood, flat screen tv’s, nice channel selection.

This hotel is brand new and near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Since they just opened, this means nice flat HD TVs too — on a swivel!

Neighborhood: safe, across the street from the hospital
Parking: Free, outside — no valet, but it’s not that hard to walk people!
Internet: Free WiFi and Wired. The WiFi didn’t work so well in my room, so I had to plug in.
Breakfast: Free hot/​cold continental
Free gym and business center too.
