I have tried a bunch of places for laser hair removal, and I cannot say enough positive things about RG Pro Laser and Raya. The place is accessible, clean, plenty of parking — and Raya is knowledgeable, friendly, flexible when it comes to accommodating schedules, and above all you’ll get results and wonder why you waited so long to get laser done.
If you’ve been on the fence about laser hair removal, stop doubting now and contact RG Pro Laser.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rg Pro Laser or the owner Raya. The office is easily accessible, plenty of parking and very clean. She explained the whole process of laser hair removal, what to expect during and after the treatments and always makes me feel comfortable. To be honest I bought a Groupon to another laser hair removal place (simply because it was cheap) and I hate it there. The results aren’t anywhere near as what I am getting from Rg Pro Laser. As they say you really do get what you pay for. But that is not to say Rg Pro Laser is expensive — it is very comparable to what I found when I was researching where to go and how much it would cost.
Look no further — this is where you should go for laser hair removal. Well worth the money spent!

Can’t say enough good things! Raya is honest, professional, informative and very approachable. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I also learned a lot about why the prior salon I went to (not local) was not effective — it wasn’t true laser treatment! Who knew? You can’t go wrong with Rg Pro Laser.

I bought the 6 treatment package for underarms and am halfway through it. My hair is near black, so even if I shave I still have that unattractive shadow. I also used to have ingrown hairs — it was a mess. After my first treatment, half of the hairs didn’t grow back! It’s even better now. No more ingrowns, no more five o’clock shadow on my armpits.
Raya is very sweet and knowledgeable. The place is super clean and is comfortable yet medical enough that you trust it. The treatments are incredibly effective and I’m so happy I found Raya!

After 3 treatments, I definitely see a difference and I can’t wait to see what my treated area looks like after a couple of more treatments. I have had a great experience so far. The office is clean and welcoming, with ample parking available in a large lot adjacent to the office. Raya is great — she explained the full treatment process to me and has a friendly, calming manner. She is focused on the treatment effectiveness and is honest about what to expect.
Scheduling is easy and she sends reminders by email and text.

I have always wanted to get rid off some unwanted hair but never got myself to do it because I wan’t sure whether it would work and because of the cost. I had my 1^st treatment (out of 6) at the beginning of March I am trully stunned by how effective it was. This is defnitely making me happy and wanting to treat additional areas as well. The laser technichian is very attentive and experienced. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I discovered this new place, very convenient and accessible run by Raya.
Raya was extremely helpful and professional. She explained me how the treatment works and how quickly the treatment is. She did not lie and I could see the changes right after the first treatment.
She also offers an extremely convenient online reservation and a text reminder for the upcoming appointments.
Really a great place to be recommended.

After having my laser hair removal treatment I had to post a review about this place! Raya, the owner makes the experience very comfortable, reassures about each step of the process and she cares deeply about customer satisfaction. Her newly opened office in Arlington Center is very clean and nicely decorated. She also has a metered parking available for her clients– (only $.50 an hr and it’s free after 6pm). Treatment prices are very reasonable compare to other laser hair removal locations. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone-she’s fantastic. Im very pleased.
