What makes me upset with Unilocal is the fact that of all the reviews that are posted, only about 3 are below 4 and 5 stars.
Rock and Roll Vapes is the only place we take our business. They have over 600 flavors and will custom mix any you want. I have never had a problem with anyone at the store. They are quick to fix any problems you have and the reward system is great.
Unilocal… Please correct your rating system!

I have been doing business with the owners and staff at Rock n Roll vapes and have experienced awesome customer service. I work in customer service industry and good service is hard to find. The owners worked with me for over 2 hrs one Saturday custom crafting myself a unique flavor. They are well stocked with mod consumables and are the best at assisting with maintaining all your mod needs. I have visited many vapor shops all over Tarrant county and when I need assistance or advice on my next purchase I trust the owners to provide advice I can use. I have been using my current mod for over 6 months with their assistance.

If your trying to find a good tabacco to start quitting cigarettes, try their Cowboy juice. They have a juice sale on Thursdays. Honestly, if it wasnt for that ONE SINGLE FLAVOR this place would just suck all round. Their staff doesnt know anything, at all. Hates their job. Hates you being there I mean its awful. Im more than sure the people that own the shop are friendly folk, but their employees rushed me out of the store more than once. Its a dingy store with a very «thrown together» feel, their hardware selection is one showcase with nothing in it except starter kits. Just not a good vape place. Especially in an area where there are TONS of them. I’d honestly look elsewhere unless you just wanted to try some different juice.

Very small facility. Their display of products is small also. Their stock of coils for the e-cig tanks is always lacking. Their e-liquid is mixed on-site and is not bad. The e-liquid seems to be a bit overpriced. I bought a Vision Spinner battery there and it lasted 2 months. The customer service is like Jekyl and Hyde. Just depends on which employee is working that day.
REFERENCING THE REVIEW THAT Unilocal SHOULD CHANGE THEIR RATING SYSTEM?
I think the rating system is excellent and simple.
This company had ratings of 2 + 5 + 5 + 1 = TOTAL 13 STARS
13 STARS divided by 4 RATINGS = 3.2 STARS
I say the math is simple and definitely fair. l
