Disappointed by the poor service here. I used the wrong card by mistake and asked of we could void the transaction and run it with the correct card. I got a very rude and impersonal «no». Manager didn’t even have the manners to talk to me directly. He turned said it to his employee with his back to me.
Food quality overall is mediocre. Pizza was a little stale and Caesar salad was made completely wrong. Pricing is high, but that is due to its location in the mall food court

Do not waist your time or money here. At first glance it all looks delicious. I got the meat lovers stuffed pizza. As I was checking out I asked for a small bit of sauce. They said you had to buy it. Therefore I declined. I sat down to eat and sank my watering mouth into this dry, dull, non-flavorful disgusting tasting thing they called a pizza. I seperated the stuffed crust and found absolutely no sauce. I brought back to them and showed it to them. I was told that it does not come with sauce and you had to buy it seperately. I about blew up. I could not believe they are selling pizzas here with no sauce and then making you buy it seperatley. I normally don’t do this but I made a scene. Needless to say they quickly gave me a small cup of sauce. It still did not help the flavor of this thing they called a stuffed pizza. I will never eat at this place again.

In a word — LOUSY. Pizza crust was very dry and too wide on the edge. The rest of the pizza was very soggy and greasy from the cheese. The sausage and pepperoni had a strange taste. Could not even taste any sauce. Almost $ 5 for the worst slice ever. Have had better frozen pizza. Buyer beware! Having been to Rome, this pizza is an insult to the Romans and the use of their name.

Tried this pizza place since Sbarro Pizza closed here at the Parks Mall. First off the pizza is not very good. Very soggy and the cheese was very oily. Pepperoni tasted okay and that why I given this place one star. If you want good pizza while at the mall, I recommend you wait until you leave the mall because you will be disappointed. Staff was very friendly and that is the only positive thing I can say about this place.
