Amazing. Corbin helped me make a theater marquee and the experience was perfect. My only complaint is that j wish I had more business to give him.

Where to begin? where where where to begin… On a warm sunny day, in a land far far away, a young lad was looking to upgrade some decals on his vehicle. After some extensive research on the internet(a mythical system of pipes wires and valves headed up my google, bing, ask jeeves, yahoo, aol. wait, is askjeeves still around?). wait, I’m way off topic now. getting back to the story-So I was finally on the telephone with a rep from 3M and ‘Signs By Tomorrow’(or SBT) was recommended as a local shop to visit. I gave them a ring and then went it for a friendly visit. We had a discussion about what a design logo, font, price, timeframe, etc… all the details seemed to be worked out and paid half up front and the other half to be paid on the back end. I told the shop that this was not a pressing issue and that I would be out of town for about two weeks. The shop did start work on this project immediately for about a hot second and then decided that since I was out of town to put it off for about two weeks. Finally, when the shop did re-engage, there was font issues and communications issues. Even though the shop was open, the«design engineer» working on the project was out. Finally, I went in and requested a refund for which the SBT granted(and it took 2 weeks to receive). One might think this would be the end of the story. And one would be WRONG! Since this attempted order, SBT has CC’d me(a former customer) on not one, not two, but THREE emails to other customers with sensitive order information«on accident» b/c I share the same first name as the shop director… this seems like LAME excuse. If I was ordering from SBT, I sure as hell wouldn’t want my sensitive information being sent out to random people on the street! Good: tic toc… yawn… BAD: Poor Costumer Service UGLY! Providing sensitive costumer info to random former costumers ‘on accident’ This is not a place I would want to give my business to…
