Had an 8:00am appointment, and left at 9:40am with only x-rays done. I was waiting to get may copay explained, and they just left me on a treatment chair for 30 min. with nothing happening, nobody showing up. As I complained to Doctor Zamora, she suggested that I am afraid of the treatment?! Until they understand that people would like to be treated with respect, I’d STAYCLEAR of this office!

Based on the excellent experience I had the Las Colinas office, I sent my husband to the Arlington office, as it was closer for him. His experience was nothing less than mine. He asked me to write this review for him, and I gladly agreed. He also needed a periodontal cleaning and was overly impressed, they were able to complete his consultation and cleaning in one visit, with a «getter done» approach. Great service, great atmosphere, great staff… And according to my husband… «Easy on the eyes»… He made me write that! Good job Smiles!

Horrible place. I was told I needed a root canal and multiple fillings as well as possible bridge work done. I took my x-rays and pictures to another dentist who told me if advil is keeping my tooth pain at bay then you obviously do not need a root canal. She said when I come in saying that I need a root canal the pain is obviously so intense that I would need one. I had a lot of work done here and I’m wondering how much of this I actually needed and how much they just said I needed. Also, it’s been about two years or so I believe and my fillings are having to be replaced because they are messing up according to my current dentist.
