Found this place by complete accident, I was on my way to the one in Marysville. WOW, what a nice surprise… as a matter of fact it was one of several surprises. Always expecting a headache due to a number of reasons (long lines, grumpy patrons, screaming children, short tempered staff). This location had none of that. The waiting area was tidy and orderly, even had an interactive wooden bus for kids to play with. There was a nice TV on the wall playing good music. Was greeted the moment of entry too with a smile. This entire experience was over the top. Thank you.

I thought for sure it was going to be the typical hurry up and wait. I was pleasantly surprised to find this office super clean, fast, and having exceptionally friendly staff.
