Dr. Harry Snyder was very rude and condescending. He insulted his colleague, saying she «gave me half an eye exam,» who performed my contacts eye exam last year, then proceeded to talk down to me. He did not give warning when he scratched very uncomfortably my contacts out; he insulted my grad school work (completely irrelevant to the exam) as I asked about why my eyes, and wouldn’t talk to me about what the follow up options were if his treatment did not work. he told me that the reason I’d been having problems for 6 months was because I’d been wearing my contacts incorrectly for 15 years, and that all the doctors before him had not given me the right advice. Receptionist and another staff member corroborated that he is a moody doctor and often very short with patients. Apparently, my complaints were not the first ones of the day. His colleagues are wonderful, but much is to be said about the way he treats his patients, physically (again, shoving his fingers in my eye) and emotionally («hon, I’ve been a doctor for 35 years, you don’t know what I know.»)
