I was going to mall to visit T-Mobile, but passed by this Sprint first. I was mainly looking. The guy asked if I needed help, but stayed on computer the whole time, just slightly answering my questions. iPhone looked great, but he said it was bad for talking. So, it is best to find a good store to go to instead. Not sure if Sprint’s service is worth another try or not since they seem to be at the bottom of totem pole!

The guys at the Sprint Kiosk at the mall are complete a$$holes. I took my Sprint phone there as I needed them to activate it(about a 15 second process). The guys behind counter refused to do it as they did not sell me the phone I wished to activate(they were all smiles 6 months before when i was handing over cash for my old phone). Absolutely no follow through customer service, Very rude, very unhelpful and not what I expected from Sprint. If you have buy a sprint phone go to the bigger Sprint store a block away. They provide a much better service.
