First time here and not coming back. Did not even have a chance to place my order. I came to print some invitations for my daughters birthday and there were two ladies Infront of me. The lady attending the copy/print center asked me how she could help me. When I told her what I needed she rolled her eyes, turned her back and let out the loudest sigh ever. She then told me annoyed… That it was gonna be a while, she had stuff to do and they close at 6pm. I was going to wait but felt so uncomfortable I told her I’d be back another day. She then says«OK, thank you!» Talk about BAD customer service. First and last visit to this Staples

As someone who buys school supplies every year, I like to scope out the stores with the best deals. Staples usually has competitive prices and a 110% price match guarantee, which makes them a popular choice for me. This year Staples has adopted a new policy of honoring the price of certain items for up to 30. That’s awesome for when I need to buy things in bulk. Customer service at this store is top notch. When I walked around looking like a lost puppy, an employee pointed me in the direction of the markers and helped me find what I needed. Check out time is efficient and closes a great experience at this store.

The overall experience at Staples is always pleasant. The staff is very helpful. In the past, I have had good shopping experience at this one. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. There was this ONE guy in the computer department that kept me from giving it 5 stars named David. He was very frosty and had zero smile. He was pulseless. I spent quite a bit yesterday in the store based on the way the OTHER staff treated me SO good. If my son didn’t want this particular laptop for college soo badly, I wouldn’t have bought it. I will recommend this store, but the computer rep needs to defrost. He did his job, I don’t like the fact that he seemed insulted that I didn’t want to purchase an opened laptop. He proceeded to inform me of all his certifications, blah, blah, blah… at the end of the day, we all know it still could be a crap computer. Lets face it, he himself would want something new in box. I will continue to shop there, but this will be my last computer purchase at this location.
