I have to say Ashley the store associate at this store is AWESOME!!! I placed an order on Saturday through
and for whatever reason the store itself didn’t fill my order Monday afternoon, so once I contacted the store Monday night Ashley took full responsibility, and made sure my order would go out the next morning. I’m so happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to wear them!

Called today for a simple question. Was put on hold FOREVER! Then they told me to look on the website for the answer I was looking for!

Terribe customer service! The staff are snooty and unhelpful at every location I have ever visited — any money you may save is not worth this type of headache.
First, they will lie about availability of shoes, charge you for them, and tell told you days (or weeks) later they were unavailable to be shipped — but if course, it will take 4 – 6 weeks for them to refund the credit card that was used.
Even worse, their idea of an apology is a templated email!
Their business policy is clearly only about the bottom line, with no regard for customer service.

The shoes are very cute, but uncomfortable and the staff is über snotty. If you work in a shoe store, shouldn’t you be helpful and friendly? They are NOT.
