The one star review is purely for poor customer service. We first tried to get subs here a few nights ago around 9PM(they close at 9:30PM). When we arrived we were told they were closing early because they«kept getting robbed». Placed an online order tonight. My other half went to pick it up and they were out of veggies and could not do our order. He was told their phone was not working so they couldn’t call us to let us know. We won’t try to get food here again.

This place lacks customer service and professionalism. I was the only customer in line and I guess I wasn’t important enough to be greeted. Oh excuse me if I interrupted your conversation but a girl was just trying to get a meal. However when I proceeded to order a tuna sandwich and you tell me at 3pm you are out of tuna AND chicken, I had to take it upon myself in to interject and inquire on when you would be supplementing your inventory. The fact that you stood there and said«uh.tomorrow. I mean, we would have to prep it» says enough. I won’t be hungry for Subway tomorrow. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here at all.

This used to be a really nice subway but within the past year or so, it’s really gone downhill. My dad & I came here to get sandwiches about two weeks ago and the service was terrible. The lady fixing our sandwiches was like on another planet. We repeated our order to her like six times & she was really out of it. It took her like four times as long to make the sandwich than normal. Thankfully another gentleman came out and helped, speeding up the process. We will return because it is a convenient location but if it wasn’t, this subway would be lucky to get our business again.

The food is always great, but some of the service can be lacking. The manager is great after you get to know him. Try this place out.
