Sunglass Hut

I went into the store to make a purchase and return. Josh was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was very funny and professional and helped me with what I needed. Great Service!

I came here on a whim and was treated with great service… initially. The salesperson was really friendly and I walked out with a great pair of shades. I bought the sunglasses on the premise that I would be able to swap out the pair I got with a fresh pair the following week because the pair I had just bought was a floor model. I checked with them a week and a half later and no one knew what I was talking about. I explained the situation and the salesperson (a different one) said she would check and call me back. I gave her a few days and she never called me back. I called again and the replacement pair never came in. I decided to stop by and the original salesperson said he would take care of it as soon as he gets back from vacation. I was going on vacation too and he said I could stop by afterwards to get a fresh pair then. He did offer to call around to see if other locations had the same model in stock, I declined because the other locations were out of my way.
It was a little frustrating to go through all this and honestly, next time I wouldn’t buy a floor model. I haven’t come by to pick up a fresh pair yet but I intend to do so soon and I hope it will go smoothly without a hitch. Fingers definitely crossed.
