Been here 3 yrs with 5^ raring until Devonshire has bought out. Pools will not be open ’til June 30th and maintenance response time has steadily gone downhill. Manager, Robin. & office ladies are still superb. Payment online still costs $ 20 so you have to walk a check to the office every month. since day 1. What apts doesn’t have the pools ready Memorial Day weekend!?!

Very satisfied with Sunset Point. Everything about my experience has been top notch. Apartment I received looked exactly as promised interior was in top shape, great friendly staff especially Korey. Quiet, clean, green environment. Very satisfied, I will update if anything changes.
