This is totally my favorite sushi place in Arlington. I’ve tried so many places in the area but this one makes me feel welcome the most. The sushi chef is very friendly and kind, so are the servers. Service is kinda slow when it’s busy. I totally understand. My favorite is the sunshine and ahi tower. Sashimi is amazing, the fishes are super fresh and tasty. Should try the white tuna and yellowtail. I can’t have enough of it! Also, the Avocado bomb appetizer is highly recommend.!! Me and my friends will come back for sure!!!

I think this is one of the best sushi places in Arlington! They have great service, amazing food and you get your money’s worth especially during lunch time and happy hour. I’ve gone 3 times within the past month and I would recommend this to anyone craving sushi in this area.

Probably the best sushi you can get in the Arlington area. Really nice and quaint ambience, their booths there are really private so great for a quiet date night. The sushi here is made very meticulously and tastes really fresh. Also, the chef and his wife are really kind and welcoming! Great experience overall, I really enjoy the Café Special roll and the cheap but delicious bento boxes. And an extra plus for the attentive and kind waitstaff

My fiancée and I come to Sushi Café for our weekday dates. We always come here because the sushi is good for the price and service is excellent. The waitresses are attentive and the sushi chefs are quick and very generous. Sometimes they will surprise us with seaweed salad or fish on the house. This is why we keep on coming back and will choose this restaurant over other local sushi restaurants any day. they’ve got it down! Oh! And you can’t beat their happy hour deals! That’s one of the best things about this place.

My friends took me here 2 years ago for my birthday and I’ve been hooked since. It is my favorite sushi spot in Arlington! They have so many sushi choices compared to the other sushi restaurants near by. I love the rolls without rice! The ladybug, butterfly kiss, and Caribbean rolls! They’re all $ 12.95. The prices of the rolls are affordable as well. All the special rolls are $ 10.95-$ 12.95!!! What a deal and the sushi is bomb!!! It is small and there isn’t a bar or patio but they have cute closed off wooden booths! They don’t have martinis but the sake and beer make up for it!

Tried this place again and they have changed and improved so much! Quality is pretty good for Arlington standards and prices are super reasonable. The rolls originally priced are already pretty cheap and as long as you get to happy hour before 7pm on weekdays, you will be able to get happy hour prices for the rest of the time you’re there! Restaurant is very clean and staff is super nice and attentive also!

I have only been to Sushi Café about 3 times total? Each time I went, I loved. Our server was friendly, she checked on us, and always refilled our drinks. My favorite roll is the Samurai Roll! If you’re a fan of raw, I would recommend that roll. I can tell the manager/owner is also nice and he cares about his customers.

Went here for a business dinner. The service was excellent, the servers were friendly, attentive and fast. If you like rolls this place should definitely have something to suit your taste as they have quite a selection. I tend to like things on the hot and spicy side so I ordered the spicy tuna roll

I think this one best sushi restaurant in Arlington that I have found so far. I came with a friend during their happy hour which was buy one roll get the other roll 50% off. In my opinion that’s a really good deal when your wanting to try something new. The waiter was really nice but he kind of hovered around us for a while and keep asking if we needed anything else which was fine. We were just in the middle of mid conversation and had to stop our conversation to let him know we were ok. But he was such a sweet guy so we let that issue pass. I ordered the calamari roll and the spicy California roll. The calamari roll was not what I was expecting. I really enjoyed that roll. The spicy California roll was really fresh. I was pleased by the presentation and the freshness of the rolls. The Sushi café will definitely will be my go-to spot when I’m craving sushi. I recommend going during the Happy Hour if your looking to try some new rolls out.

Wow!!! I have lived in Arlington ALL my life, how have I never been here!!! I have to say, sushi café is the best sushi for the best price and the best service– in Arlington. Can’t beat their lunch specials. You’ll spend $ 13 or less and leave extremely full and happy! I ordered the sushi and roll special. Came with; tuna, salmon, shrimp, white fish and yellow tail sushi, and one roll of your choice from the basic roll selection, in which I chose spicy salmon. All of that with your choice of soup/salad— I chose the salad. The salad comes in a good sized bowl and the salad dressing is so good!!! The sushi looked and tasted so fresh, and the chefs are pretty generous with the cut and all. Since my lunch was sooo cheap, I decided to order a glass of Pinot Grigio. Wow their glasses are huge and they offered a generous pour too! Talk about getting the most for your money! Dang! Lol (This just happened!) So I’m sitting here writing this review while trying to finish my generous pour of Pinot Grigio and the sweet sushi chef offers me a free plate of two salmon sashimi slices! How sweet is he!!! Anyway, back to my review… Service is very attentitive and fast, for both the host/server and the chefs! Definitely will be my go-to spot when I’m in Arlington and craving sushi!

Udon soup is good. Sushi tastes good, not fantastic. Customer service is great. Prices are the same as fanastic sushi, which I did not like. The end.

Came here during their lunch specials today and was surprised to find that the only people in the restaurant were me and my friends and a couple of other people. There was only one waitress too, so service was a tad slow. To make this brief, cute place but average food! I got the teriyaki shrimp bento box which came with miso soup, salad, 2 gyozas, 4 California rolls, and rice. All decent. My friends shared a 3 roll combo. I tried one and I noticed the consistency was quite mushy and easily fell apart. yeah, not the best quality. They were very generous with the avocado in their rolls though which is always a plus for me. I’m sure their signature rolls taste much better. Though this place was not bad, when comparing to other sushi places’ lunch specials, I’d much rather go to Suzushii or Domo for theirs. I’ll probably come back here for their drink HH specials though because I heard they have some great deals!

Service was great! We go the Texas, Cali and volcano roll. The volcano was the best, it was really rich and creamy and the presentation of it was nice. The texture was soo good, slightly warm, but didn’t ruin the roll. The cucumber salad is a no. I was expecting more for a 4.50 side salad. It didn’t had much flavor. We did get desserts and it was yummy :) vanilla tempura!

Favorite place to go for hot sake. Cozy, low light atmosphere, and a warm and charming staff. Keeps very specific hours. Make sure they’re open before you go.

4.5÷5 taste– good sushi. i dont usually get salmon sashimi but its actually the highlight of this place tbh. For a lack of a better description, «it tastes really good 5⁄5 service — both times i have been they have been really friendly and have shown good timing and refill my drink when its low. i know that sounds high maintenance but its not, the servers here genuinely want you to enjoy your meal and they do. will definitely come back and if you cant think of anywhere to go this is your spot
