Teriyaki Point had great service. Though they were busy they managed to handle both to-go-orders and dine in without neglecting anyone. I found it to be a little over priced at first but quickly changed my mind once I saw the portion size. You can easily share a meal. We ordered the gyoza, egg rolls, spicy chicken, orange chicken, and sweet & sour chicken. Gyoza– had a nice sear on the skin and the meat was seasoned well. Egg Rolls– filling was tasty but it was hard to get past the soggy greasy wrapper. Spicy Chicken– Spice level was between a 2&3 stars. Cooked to perfection with nice caramelized bits. Served with the standard white rice and salad. Cashier was offered more sauce/dressing if needed at no extra cost. Orange Chicken– The flavor was excellent but once again the breading was soggy. I think they either let it sit in grease too long or it was over sauced. Served with white rice. Sweet and Sour Chicken– Chicken was cooked well with a nice crunch to the breading. Just enough tang to the sweet and sour sauce. I would go again but would share a meal and skip the egg rolls.

Meh not that good, Not sure how this place got a few«amazing» reviews ?? It is not that good at all trust me. Had the yakisoba w/prawns for lunch. The fishy flavored prawns were way over cooked and hard and rubbery and reduced to about the size of a quarter, everyone knows you don’t overcook prawns. I could not believe it. This is were most of my frustration comes from, cant they take the time to cook food right and make it taste somewhat decent, its really not that hard. Very careless for a restaurant to be serving substandard food, charging high prices and taking your $$. I Had to add a lot of soy sauce to taste. Taste like the food is cooked in old oil. Was going to take it back but thought nah whats the point I just wont eat there anymore, this will be the very last time. I work in the area so I didn’t want to make a big fuss, too close for comfort. The California rolls are not too bad. The quality of the meat is questionable as is with any of the teriyaki places like this one. SCARY! That’s why I quit ordering anything off their menu with meat. The service is very nice tho ! The owners are really very nice people. but I will probably never go back… in fact I will never go back, I’ve learned my lesson, waste of $ 15 every time I go… VERY disappointed, I haven’t eaten anything there that has been really good and tasty, I keep trying something new thinking it will be better but it is just as bad as the last. I wonder if the owner eats this awful stuff in his own home? I don’t mind at all spending money on a good meal but I don’t want to waste anymore money trying at this place, and yes it is a little spendy for the quality. Keep pumpin out the junk Teriyaki Point someone out there will eat it. Someone with bad taste that is… ick.

This is my second time here in the last month. Both times have been great. Good prices, big portions, good food, nice service. A total of 6 different dishes have been ordered off each menus and everything has tasted good.

Awesome service and always has amazing food! I have lived in this area for over 15 years, and they are still one of the best little food places around here.

I love this place but it is on the expensive. I will come back here. If it wasn’t expensive I would be here more often.

Their chicken teriyaki is pretty good, decent value, maybe a tad on the expensive side but not unreasonable. The girl who works the front counter is nice and courteous. My biggest complaint here is there is no air conditioning. On these hot summer days I like to sit and relax when having my lunch. I won’t go here on hot days simply because it’s too warm to eat there…

Seriously? This is a restaurant that’s nearly unanimously praised with five-star reviews? This place is worth three stars, meaning it’s completely average, because that’s what it is. Teriyaki restaurants are everywhere, they’re easy to maintain, and they’re cheap. Except this one isn’t even that cheap, so I’m really being generous even with a three-star rating. Located near Exit 206 on I-5 and the Best Western hotel that looms over this restaurant, Teriyaki Point offers no innovation while asking for above average prices, which is the problem. I ordered a chicken and beef teriyaki; this came with the usual rice and salad. Portions were not that big, so this should not have come out to more than eleven dollars. They were fast with their service, though; I’ll give them that. However, they might even be a little too fast because there’s no way they could realistically prepare that food fresh in the two minutes that elapsed between me placing the order and them bringing it to the table. Couple that with all the reviews giving the same message and you have a suspicious restaurant…

The last three times I’ve been here I have gotten the tofu teriyaki. I ask for it well done(crispy but not burnt). Every single time it’s been cooked differently. One time it was burnt, one time it was soggy, one time it was crispy on the ends. Very frustrating when you have to go home and finish cooking your food the way you want it cooked. The family that runs this place is very friendly; just frustrating when you can’t get something made the way you ask it to be made.

Almond chicken is not at all like most places make it and will never order it again. The chicken katsu on the other hand was great same as Teriyaki chicken. Rice nice and sticky and yummy. ISTHEBESTTHATARLINGTONHASTOOFFER

I tried the place several years ago and it was subpar but I saw on Unilocal it was getting good reviews and I decided to try it again. It is very good and I will be going back again and again. The chicken teriyaki is great, I got it spicy and it was delicious. I have never been to a teriyaki place that asked how spicy I wanted on a 1 – 5 star scale. Their gyoza is very good too. Try it, it’s very good.

One of my favorite places to go, reasonably priced and always delicious. I usually get chicken or beef teriyaki to go. They also have soup if you eat in. Also, the staff is friendly and quick.

Great teriyaki! I always get the spicy beef and it’s the best. They can be pretty busy but they have soup and tea while you wait.

Best teriyaki North of Seattle. Get the chicken beef combo. It is item«co1». Huge portions and very fresh. It is fast service here so they keep the line short. Lots of bento boxes as well. The owners are legit straight out if Korea so the food is authentic and delicious. The place is habit forming.

Great variety, but I always come back for the teriyaki. Tried a few other teriyaki places in town, and this is still my favorite. Whether you like Japanese or Chinese food, this place can provide. The service is kind and simple and courteous.

Love this place. Large menu, and everything I’ve eaten here was great. And I’m picky, with high standards. No dry, stringy, chewy teriyaki here. Owners are friendly. I’ve been eating here since 2003.
