Came here last night(Saturday) with my husband! We both ordered a burger with cheddar cheese mushrooms bacon and crunchy onion straws. I got the sweet potato fries and him regular. I had been craving a burger all day so this hit the spot! We tried the blue margarita which is the best in the DFW. Our server was Patrick, he is wonderful and has a great attitude and personality. This was actually the first time I had ever been. My husband didn’t get off till late so the fact that TGIF stays open till 2am is very accommodating. We will def be back and of course will ask for Patrick! Thanks for making our experience so awesome. :)

Giving three stars because the waitress Stephanie was really nice. She did a great job despite being short handed that night. I ordered the ribeye with a salad and mashed potatoes. I ordered Medium well and the steak came medium. I had to ask for dressing because they didn’t send it with the meal. We also ordered the strip and ribs with spinach and broccoli. Ordered that Medium and it was medium well. The waitress mentioned they have been having issues with that recently. I had ordered the fried green beans. Which are great. However this place would be so much better if they made their own ranch. The ranch they serve has to be the worst I’ve tasted at a restaurant in a very long time. If I decided to eat here again I’d bring my own. I sent back my steak it was fine when it came back as far as being cooked correctly however it was pretty tough and the flavor was lacking so I had to ask for steak sauce. I could only eat a few bites of it. Mashed potatoes had great flavor. I will make sure to ask for no onions on top of them next time. We had a few drinks and they were fine. Just felt disappointed spending $ 100 on a meal that I couldn’t even eat the main dish to.

Came here on a Friday because well… TGIF. It only felt right. This was only my second time here in over 1 – 2 years, and I don’t know why I waited so long to come back. Fantastic food and service! I couldn’t eat meat that Friday, so I looked for their seafood/vegetarian options. They had a variety of fish and shrimp, which I was happy about. I ultimately decided on the Norwegian Salmon. They got my order confused with the salmon & lobster, and was very apologetic about it. The chef even came out and said sorry, definitely great service here! I didn’t mind the extra wait since they were so friendly. My food alone was worth the wait. The salmon was tender and flaky, sautéed spinach was out of this world, and mashed potatoes were just the right creaminess. Ugh. I need some more. I also got their House Long Island Ice Tea. Superb! Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner after a long week at work.

Came to dinner with my husband after a long plane ride and sat at a booth in the bar area. When we first came in, the host greeted us and said«the bar is open if yall wanna sit there, it’s open seating». It was a good thing we didn’t want to have dinner on the main floor That’s my only tiny complaint, kinda felt like they wanted to close that section, which I understand, was just kinda like ummm thanks for the option? Anyway, I am still giving this 5 stars. Our server was CJ, he was amazing! He came and greeted us immediately. Super friendly, smiling and attentive. Our food was good. The potatoe skins a tad overcooked but our wings, dip and pretzels were great. We haven’t been to a TGIF in months because of our terrible experience at the Addison location at the bar. This location was on our way home so we stopped here. Prices are fine and I did see the employees cleaning. As we were eating I decided to look at the reviews. To our surprise, this is only 2 ½ stars. I read some of the reviews and noticed they were months ago. Management must have made some changes because the restaurant was clean, service was great and food was yummy. Great job guys, we will be back! Also, I recommend CJ as a server. He was just an all around good guy and made our experience great.

Had to walk out! Waited in the bar for 20min no one came by, no one even pretended to see us! Never has this happened and now we won’t be back for a while. Now we are across the street.

Waited for a long while to be seated in a very dead restaurant… Finally got seated and our waitress sat behind us playing on the computer before she asked us what we wanted to drink. Never introduced herself. Gave us our drinks and never came back. We ended up leaving her $ 5 for our waters and left. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Friday’s, until tonight(10÷21÷15) The Friday’s off of Cooper in Arlington, Tx is one I probably won’t ever go back too… Maybe we weren’t hipster enough for this establishment?

Endless apps are back? Not the way you remember it. Remember those nostalgic old days when you could order this«deal» and work your way through their list of appetizer choices? I am guessing here, but maybe it cut into their dinner profits. Now you have to stick with your one choice and cannot try different appetizers. Nice bait and switch advertising. Lost us for tonight, though, and I had a really great parking space. In fact, this deal is the only reason we come to Friday’s. The way they have revised the special, I can only imagine it works for a larger group than just two. I certainly do not want to have to pay $ 40 for two of us to try four apps. It is really a shame as this was one of the more creative specials on the market. I should mention that I had not visited a Friday’s in SEVEN years until they lured me back with the«Endless Apps.» I wasn’t boycotting… simply had no interest. I am not saying it will be another seven years, but…

Not thrilled to come to this location at all! The interior décor, lighting, furniture and even the wild staff all seemed outdated & irrelevant to circa 2015 A.D.; and made no sense for the money they charged me for closeout($ 36.00). They charged me $ 13.00 for a 3“x3″ Steak(cooked medium rare) with spinach, and some potatoe slices; but no bread rolls, no side orders at all. The spinach looked like it came outta swamp. And I do mean it! Just go to Red Lobster or Applebee’s and you get much better treatment and all of those items as part of the entrée. I don’t think this place I’ll be visiting again anytime soon. I will be better off going to Red Lobster or Buffalo Wild Wings!

I stop by this location about once every 2 months or so, and so far I haven’t had a problem w/the service or food. The hostess is usually this older lady who is always quick to greet and seat us. The only time I had to complain was when we were seated where the music was just absolutely blaring overhead(and we weren’t at the bar either). We were like the first or second customers; they had just opened for the day. Actually, before we even complained the waiter came to take our order and was like, «The music is a bit loud, isn’t it?» and we agreed and he took care of the volume. Every time you pay, the receipt has one of those surveys where you can get a free appetizer on your next visit, so that’s like a free ~$ 8 appetizer every visit. Not bad.

Went out on a date night at TGIF after the movie with my wife don’t remember when was the last time we had TGIF. About 7:30 pm seem pretty dead maybe it’s Sun. Ordered potatoes skins as I always enjoyed but not so good this time I think they changed recipe from half potatoes to quarter size plus cheese taste and look like they used the cheese block plus the lot of potatoes left on skin and taste oily after bite. I think last time i had the frozen box from grocery store was much better. Ordered ribeye MR got what I asked for. Service is ok, started with only table for our waitress until half way done she starting to get more tables but most of time don’t see her anywhere.

Their business hours are listed as closing at 2am. On Wednesday april 23, 2015 we arrived at 12:30 am we waited at the hostess station near the door until 12:45am and no one bothered to come to seat us so we left. On the way to the car we passed by a server standing outside smoking. We ended up going to steak n shake where we got immediate service.

Dissapointing visit. Our waitress was attentive but that’s as good as it gets with this visit. The mac and cheese came out hot but the main part of our entrees(our steaks) were only lukewarm and not cooked as requested. My wife’s mashed potatoes were only warm as well. We talked to the Manager and he took care of our meals so we’ll give them another chance.

Im giving these three some reluctance. Tuesday night fairly light crowd and 3 or 3 open booths in the bar area were filthy.(not a good way to start an eating experience) We initially intended to sit in the dinning room but after waiting at the hostess stand for 10 minutes without being acknowledged we opted for the open seating bar. The only reason i am giving three stars is because of the waitress and the quality of food we received. The waitress we really sweet and attentive. She made sure we were taken care of. Even getting me a to go drink without even asking. I really appreciated that! I had the New York Aged Cheddar and bacon burger. I would definitely recommend it!!! How can you go wrong with well seasoned beef, bacon and cheese. Tummy Yummy!!!

We hadn’t been here in ages… wow, the prices are outrageous now. Food quality is no where near the price they’re asking for… Chicken almost dried out. Burger buns not toasted and tasted stale. Don’t do the endless appetizer… 1 appetizer selection and $ 10 per person. Service extremely poor… had to flag down our waiter to get a refill. I’ll stick with Chili’s!!!

This used to be a great place to eat. Our dinner this evening was mediocre at best. The prices were high and the food was ok. My sizzling chicken and shrimp was overcooked and not to order(had peppers and onions when I asked for none). We ordered some Parmesan for our spinach dip and she brought us shredded cheddar instead making some joke about the cooks. Really? Why would you even do that to a customer? Ha Ha Ha, not funny. We will not be back at least to this one.

Friday’s on Cooper is a great restaurant. They have friendly service and a varied menu. My personal favorite is the Jack Daniels’ chicken.

Not all TGI Friday’s are of the same quality! This one was features horrendous service, abhorrent food and is filthy! Hubby and I went in for lunch on June 4th. The hostess who seated us was pleasant and friendly. When the waiter greeted us, he seemed to have had the original charisma bypass operation. He wasn’t friendly and seemed irritated that he had to wait on us for lunch. I first ordered a tequila shot«well dressed» and a beer chaser. I was brought a shot in a huge glass that was poured from the bottle, no salt, a yellow lime and not chilled. Hint here: please hire bartending staff that will also work the lunch shift, because a shot in a big glass is not«well dressed». Plus I had to ask for a glass for my beer. I’m no lumberjack! When I’m in a restaurant I DONOT want to swig out of a dirty bottle! We ordered burgers for lunch. I ordered the JD Burger(pink) with onion rings. The burger was well done and the onion rings had been sitting for a while as they were greasy, soggy & cold. My husband ordered the Cheeseburger(also pink) and his was well done too! What’s the point of telling me I can have a medium rare burger and just serve something other than what was ordered? The fries were also greasy, soggy & cold. We would have sent them back, but our waiter literally disappeared for ½ hour. By then we were done, left ½ eaten food, paid and went home. The inside of this place was dated and dirty. Ceiling tiles were stained and falling and there was a cement astronaut just outside the bar in between booths. The bar has a disco light in the corner. The floors and tables were slimy. With so many other places to eat in this area that value me as a patron, I won’t be back.

Came here after a run at the park… Looking for something quick but somewhat healthy and reasonably priced. Kinda sounds far-fetched right? I thought so too but fortunately I was wrong! We sat in the bar area and were promptly greeted by our waiter Paul. After bringing our drinks he was poised to take our orders. We were so hungry we couldn’t make up our minds. He was very patient and pointed out the specials on the menu… One of which was 2 for $ 10. This deal included one appetizer and one entrée with two sides. My salad came out before I could wonder where it was! It was fresh and the lite balsamic vinaigrette was perfect. We both ordered the Jack Daniels chicken and shrimp skewers… Um… YUM!!! We didn’t order dessert(fearing it would cancel out our workout) but Paul ended up talking us into drinks. He brought us each one shot and one surprise drink… Peach Margarita — our taste buds thanked him! Actually our wallets thanked him too because the drinks were free. :) All in all a great dining experience! It fit the 3-F’s … friendly, fast, and fresh… Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
