I called to try to make a first appointment. I was asked a large number of questions, some of which were very personal and I felt they would have been better suited to being asked in-office. Although I was uncomfortable discussing everything the woman asked over the phone, I did my best to answer. At the end of this phone interview, instead of being able to make an appointment as I had expected, I was told that my information would be discussed with their team to decide how and whether they could help me, and then they would call me back. I never received a call back. This was a very difficult call to make and I’m utterly disappointed to have been apparently rejected by their receptionist. I question whether they’re using this process to cherry pick patients.
