Do not get lured into this dump. The owner is a thief he will lie and do anything to keep from returning your deposit. The place is always a mess, restrooms are nasty never stocked toilets backed up. The AC does not work half the time and the heater goes out in the winter. There are roaches and other bugs. Not to mention the low life neighbors you will have to put up with. This place rents to anyone with a heartbeat and deposit. The offices were robbed, had all the doors kicked in when I first moved in and my car was broken into twice in the parking lot. Also they rent out the parking lot during Cowboys games and special events so if you need access to your office you are just out of luck. I have photo’s documenting all of the above claims. If you have been a victim of The Oaks at Randol Mill please contact me, I am working with an attorney to file a class action law suit and hopefully put these scumbags out of business.
