The Trails at River Park

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I can’t stress that enough. Worst mistake I’ve made in my entire life. This place is an absolute joke. Where do I even begin? There are certain items in my apartment that are either broken completely or not functioning properly. They have been in this condition for the better part of a year. Due to the lack of how do I say, «give a fuck», by the management team as well as maintenance, they are still in this condition. The toilet in my master bedroom has not been able to flush for probably about 7 months. When this issue first came about I notified management so that it could be fixed. A maintenance worker came in 4 days later to tell me that he had the wrong part to fix it and needed to order the right one. It has been 8 months and it’s still not fixed. Our refrigerator has leaked water inside for months drenching everything in there. Don’t worry though because «it’s not an emergency» according to the people «in charge». There was a leak in the pipes coming from the apartment above me. Causing mold and a soggy wet ceiling in my apartment. After about 4 months of hassling with management to get someone to come fix it, the ceiling in my kitchen had to completely collapse and cover the kitchen floor for anyone to come out. And that still took over a week. The people above me run suicide sprints across the floor all night long. We have politely asked management to tell them to keep the noise down at night, not even during the day, go for it. But of course, yet another disappointment. As I am, at this very moment, listening to these inconsiderate motherfuckers run, slam, stomp, and even move goddamn furniture at almost 11:00 pm. I cannot wait for this lease to end and I wouldn’t wish this piece of shit hell hole on my worst enemy. I would give it zero stars if possible. Please, for your own sanity, do not even consider this place as an option. Oh, and the «multi million dollar renovations» you may hear about have been nothing more than more empty promises by this swell management team. Like the million dollar pool renovation that I was told about a month before I even moved in. You guessed right, there’s still a disgusting cesspool in the back that hasn’t been touched in a year.

Just moved in ¾/​15 Nice Apartments, lots of parking spots to park in. They have a dog park in the back of the apartments that is gated so you can take your dog to. Also located in the back is a tennis court, and a entrance to River Legacy trail. Great pool area that goes down to 5ft, pool area has comfy new pool chairs and tables with an umbrella. The only down fall is that there is no fitness center :(I would’ve given it 5 stars if it did tho. But in all its a pretty decent place to live, and is in a great location. Close to the parks mall, Dallas Cowboys AT&T stadium and TX Rangers Globe life stafium.
