We’ve been doing nice weekends in Vermont for a few years now, and last year «discovered» Arlington. This year we stayed at the Valhalla, and it was a nice, cozy, and very affordable choice. Innkeeper was very warm and helpful; room was nice size; property was well-​kept and had lots of outdoor seating and tables for just hanging out and enjoying the views. Shower was only area I could think needs improvement — one of those low-​flow showers that doesn’t give much water, and the floor matts were paper, not towels — so they stuck to my feet and made the floor wet! But room thoroughly cleaned each day, fresh nice towels, and easy to check in late means we will return!
