I just moved out of this property and couldn’t be happier that I did. The staff, the apt«manager» Lyndsey, was very non responsive when I contacted them about move out concerns I was having. I finally got them to give me some paint so that I could paint over the patches where the tv was. I made sure that the apartment was in perfect condition when I left. Apparently when I got another remote I had to pay $ 50 deposit which I was fine with. I have turned both remotes in and now I was told too bad the deposit was nonrefundable. Why would I of gotten and extra remote then? Why was I not told that. I was led to believe by the staff that I would get the $ 50 when I turned it in when my lease was up. It was for a convenience not because I lost the remote. I also had several safely issues with this property. At the back of the complex apparently it is a known place by the high school kids that they can sell and do drugs there. I had kids walking by my patio going down in the trees to do it. Our«courtesy officer» knows about it and does nothing about it. I have told the office and the corporate office and no one can seem to do anything about it. There were several times people would be asleep in the cars or I would come out of the apt to kids with hoodies on by people’s apt doors. Do yourself a favor. Don’t move here. They are one of the most expensive in Arlington and they just are not worth it.

I just moved to The Verandahs a few months ago. Everyone has been really nice, I LOVE the indoor pool and the gym! I am trying to get some of my friends to move here in a couple months!

Excellent complex and staff! The workout facility and indoor lap pool are incredible fitness amenities. Newly renovated and newly managed.

Apartments are quiet, but customer service is terrible. Lots of promises and emergencies always bigger than yours. Feel like you have to cattle prog them to get anything done. Have had a verry irritating, loud noise-making refrigerator since April 2010 and«still» is not fixed or replaced. Contacted manager 2 times with assurances that have never transpired. Good thing I don’t have a shotgun because I would have blown the fridge away within a month of it starting to make noise, and somehow I have managed to not roll it out my back door down the cliff!
