Verizon Wireless

I came in there to get a different number for my line, the guy messed up and created a new line costing me money. I then had to call Verizon to fix the problem costing me time. Turns out I still had two lines, so when I called again they said to go to the store to deactivate the line because the agent couldn’t do it over the same phone I was using to call him. When I went back, they said they didn’t do that service. Not only did this business waste my time doing the wrong thing, they then lied about not offering a service Verizon said it offers. The store is run by young kids that don’t know how to work wireless phones. During that time one guy when in the back room and never came back even when there were three people there needing help. One lady didn’t know her gmail password and the guy kept badgering her like it was her fault. Absolutely disgusting.

for the company, not this branch. monopolies have no incentive to get things right or ensure excellent service. my account has been lost, spelled incorrectly and double charged since startup. unreal. run, hide, choose a different provider, oh wait you can’t because it is a monopoly.

The worst place you could ever go. Once you buy something, they don’t care. Manager told us to go on the Internet to get service. It was after 14 days. I said we spent $ 950 and the case broke already. Otter

Manager Mohaz just wants money. Empty store should have warned us. Shady store with slimey personnel. Go to a real store. Only thing going for it is location and staff never busy. When spending that kind of money, find a reputable store. So so regret having gone there and guarantee you will be miserable after the fact. They lie and steal and cheat but not till they have your money. Why people go there is beyond me. Even Best Buy has better staff and their prices are so much better and I get 30 days as an elite member.
The manager told me he wouldn’t help us out because the 14 days passed. He needs to find another place to do business because corrupt and shady businesses don’t belong here.
Verizon told me they had no control so now I’m out a $ 40 case and phone will be a brick soon.

Gustavo spent time helping with a hotspot issue. The device was acting crazy and wouldn’t turn off. He attempted to resolve the issue with professionalism and courtesy. He tried everything without success, but proffered a path to take.
I was able to eventually strong-​arm the device with my Mac. Gustavo tried with his PC’s, but the device wouldn’t recognize it. Since he had no Mac in store he wouldn’t have been able to find this solution. Seriously though, he tried every within his power and did so with a smile.

I wanted to change the hotspot they sold me when I realized it would not meet my needs. They handled the exchange (no restocking fee) smoothly with no issues and a day or so later I had the model I wanted (at the same price). The price was a bit higher than I could find elsewhere (I found out) but they provided and filled out all rebate forms before I left the store, all I had to do was mail them in.
They handled my wife’s upgrade of her iPhone and plan upgrade smoothly. Accessories are priced high, as others note. Get your case, etc., on Amazon or elsewhere.
Overall, they did a good, job. We had a better experience than other reviewers at other locations but for my phone upgrade I will likely head to a Verizon-​owned store.
