Walmart Supercenter

I purchased tires last December along with a lifetime rotation and balance. When I went to get the tires rotated I was told there was not enough tread on the tires. They told me the tread was in the red. Earlier in the week I had a slow leak in one tire and visited a Discount Tire store to have it taken care of. They measured the tread, one tire in the yellow and the other three in the green. This is what reminded me to get the rotation done. Bottom line: Walmart would not honor what I paid $ 80+ for and in turn tried to con me into selling me tires I don’t need yet.
I also sent this info to them via their «Contact us» and have not heard a word. I do not recommend getting any auto service with Walmart as they are not to be trusted.

The only time i get to do shopping is between 12am and 2:00pm, by this time the worst customer Service you can get, Specially by the old people who works there, they have zero customer service skills, i tried to explain to one of the old lady on the customer service about an item which is on low price, she treated me in unprofessional way, she snatched the item from my hand, and said «if you are not going to buy it, i will buy it and eat it!, she left me in the middle of conversation, and went to other self check out and bought it?! Can any body explain to me what kind of customer service is this?

The lines moved quick and they seemed quite organized. Their merchandise was easy to find so our trip was pretty painless. Plenty of parking and the employees were also quite nice.

I really like this Walmart. Everything is easy to find. Everything seems to be in stock too.

Went for some groceries. Wish they would have some more varieties to choose from. Broccoli for example needs to actually look fresh… As for the whole experience it was alright.

I will preface by saying I have never been a huge fan of Walmart, and my recent experience there has been the absolute worst.
I go into buy an XBOX One, cash in hand, just to get shuffled along by their sea of uninformed employees. All I wanted to do is go in and grab the items the Walmart Online store said was available for pick-​up at the location. That is the exact opposite of what actually happened. I was told by multiple staff members and even multiple managers excuse after excuse of why I could not take advantage of the sale that was being offered. Ultimately, I decided to get a game I didn’t want as a substitute for one I wanted that was unavailable at the store. The second manager I talked to informed me that it would be at the register and ready and I could check out whenever. Upon arriving at the desk, the check out clerk had no idea the manager had told us it would be ready, and she refused to offer the sale price. She called the associate manager I had just spoken with, who flat out lied and said he never said the items could be purchased at sale price.
Long story short, I was standing at the register and ready to pay for items physically in front of me and was told I could not buy them because they needed to order them from their warehouse… even though I could physically see them.
With the exception of one employee that was very nice and seemed to know more than the managers, the staff was exceptionally rude. There were managers that were unwilling to help a custom purchase an item that was available immediately and that is unacceptable, in my opinion.
You are better off going to Target. I went in with no knowledge of sales they had on the XBOX and walked out with a great deal in under 30 minutes.

Only 1 out of 10 employees are helpful. The cashiers are mainly drones. No good remarks for Walmart.

This Walmart is pretty good, but if you shop at night, be prepared for an obstacle course. They shut down one of the entrances without a street view warning, and they restock without much concern for customers. Plus, the shelves look like a warzone. But, prices and customer service are generally good.

Every time I go to this wal mart there is some sort of chaotic mess. I enjoy this wal mart bc they are a one stop shop but it would be much better if they were more selective on what days/​times were better to do construction build outs and move merchandise.

I like the new layout of the Walmart. It is being arranged like many of the other Wal-Mart’s in the area. It really helps when trying to locate things. You don’t have to remember the floor plan for each location.
I also like the addition to the self check lanes. Helps when «trying» to get in and out.
