I had wanted to purchase a home for years, but I was procrastinating for many reasons. A friend recommended that I call Wendy and Brian, and I could not be happier that I did so. Wendy walked me through the process, giving me lots of helpful information, and I did not feel any pressure to buy right away.
I spent a whole Saturday looking at different townhouses with both Wendy and Brian, and it was great to have two different people’s opinions on what worked and what didn’t. By luck, one of the places that we visited was a townhouse that I really loved. I felt comfortable that it was the right choice after Brian, a former contractor, examined both the exterior and interior and assured me that all the major features (roof, windows, furnace, etc) were in good condition.
Then, both Wendy and Brian coached me through the process of putting in an offer and bringing the transaction to a close. It went seamlessly, and they even helped me out post-​closing by recommending a handyman and other home improvement resources. I’m so grateful for their help and I give them my highest recommendation.

Wendy helped my Fiancé and me find the townhouse of our dreams. She knows the market very well. We had no doubt that she was looking out for our best interests. Her background as a lawyer is very reassuring, especially during the contract negotiation process. She also provided great recommendations for other services, like home inspection and flooring installation contractors. She worked diligently to help us close, while away on vacation. Highly recommend using Wendy as your realtor.

Wendy and Brian are an excellent team. Wendy knows the market and she is an amazing negotiator. Her background is in law and mediation — skills that transfer over into real estate very well. Brian has years of real estate experience and has worked as a licensed contractor in home renovation. Together, they are the perfect combination.
We both bought and sold a house with them, needing to purchase on contingency of sale. They both worked very hard to make that happen for us. Getting the timing just right on the sale/​purchase of the house and title issues were difficult — but Wendy easily took care of the situation. As her clients, we were confident in knowing that our best interests were being protected.
The entire process with Brian and Wendy was excellent. Their knowledge and experience helped to make the sale/​purchase of our homes extremely stress-​free and smooth. We appreciate their honesty, sound advice as well as the hard work they put forth to give their clients the best experience possible.

I rely on Unilocal reviews weekly but never had the desire to post until now because of the tremendous service of DC Metro Home Sales. We hired Brian and Wendy for our home sale and purchase. They initially just helped advise but we immediately felt comfortable with them both. Wendy and Brian provided a «no pressure» atmosphere and were always available to listen. We highly recommend!!!
