My son took classes here for several months. The teacher is verbally abusive and caustic to the children. I was amazed! He embarrassed the kids rather than incouraged. We left and went to Jhoon Rhee Tae Kwon Do, Lee Harrison Shoping center in Arlington and have been very happy.

I bought a Groupon for five kettlebell classes, and I wish that I’d bought the deal for 10. Each class was completely different from the last. I don’t think I did the same exercise twice. The kettlebell classes are actually a lot more than just kettlebells. The instructor also throws in boxing, ab work, sandbags, and weighted clubs. If you’re using sufficiently heavy weights, you’ll be exhausted after 30 minutes.
My only complaint is the pricing system. They currently only offer yearlong memberships, which doesn’t really work for me. I’d love to be able to drop into a class from time to time.
Overall, it’s a great workout. And there’s plenty of onsite parking.
