Blakes is the best apples, donuts and Xmas trees. We even took our new baby girl to see Santa there with no line to see him. Take the family there all the time

I was checking out with a boatload of overpriced goods. Wanted some donuts to go with the cider. Noticed that the case filled with donuts had some house flies buzzing in the case. Nicely asked the clerk if there were other donuts available(without fly poop). Immediately got an attitude. «Nothing we can do about the flies». Rang up my order like I was truly bothering her. Won’t be back.

We come every year to Blakes. We enjoy the Halloween season so much, we look forward to coming here! I will say we’ve gone twice this year so far and the ladies inside doing the cider and donuts are really. Snotty. Maybe shorter shifts would be better for them because I understand it’s SOCROWDED so I’m sure they get irritated. The lady that helped us was so over being there, you could tell. So, if you don’t enjoy that part of the job, please don’t do it.

Cider and donuts were good, donuts fresh. Also bought some hot pepper jam that’s delicious. My COMPLAINT is the horrible customer service from the older woman at the counter. It was a weekday afternoon, hardly any customers. Rolling her eyes, rushing through ordering, she had an attitude, absolutely zero people skills. Not a good face for the business. Won’t be back, will take business to another establishment that doesn’t make you feel like rushing out the door.

Zombie paint ball was so disappointing. We stood in line for two hours to shoot zombies who were practically nonexistent. Everyone ran out of paint balls half way through where they conveniently offer you more to buy at $ 10 a pop. Not worth the $ 20. Our wagon host thought he was a dictator with zero customer service. Don’t waste your money!!!

Loved this place to bits! And the hard cider is wonderful. We went home with three bottles, all different brews, all delicious! My favorite has to be George, the donkey… We bonded.

Very disappointed in their customer service. My family and I drove 50 minutes with 3 kids in the car under two, to have fun at Blake’s. The apple orchard and cider mill were fine. However, I picked 3 pumpkins thinking I would get some for people. While driving back, I decided I didn’t want two of them. Having 3 kids in the car(one which was screaming), I didn’t want to go all the way back around to drop them off. So, I told the lady at the checkout I didn’t need them. She scolded me and told me I had to take them. She said«what am I going to do with them?» I informed her she was making me feel bad, and she rolled her eyes, said something under her breathe and said that next time I would have to pay. Needless to say, I told her there wouldn’t be a next time. I was infuriated. Then she made my Aunt weigh the large pumpkins she picked while the baby was still screaming and the toddler started throwing a tantrum. I felt terrible telling my Aunt how amazing Blake’s is, because clearly I was wrong.

Stopped in to pick out a cut your own tree. Had no luck finding a big tree, so we stopped in for some hard cider and a snack. Great place to visit! Great selection of hard ciders and fruit wines. Great time any time of the year for family fun!

Had high expectations. The apple cider donuts were good, special Halloween maze was good; but not worth $ 8.95 per person/child. Wish it was better and lots of bees as well. Bought some apples to take home and they were just so-so. All in all it was a long drive for a disappointing family day, we had higher expectations.

This is our favorite fall place to go! There is so much for kids to do and the haunted hay ride was a blast for everyone! The staff there is first class and the food and cider is the best!

This is by far my favorite orchard. I don’t feel quite as nickeled and dimed here. To the contrary, I feel like it’s a lot of fun on the farm for a reasonable price. I love the variety of fruits and vegetables, not just apples, that they offer here. My husband and I don’t live close so we like to time it right in September to come pick apples, tomatoes, peppers, berries, and pumpkins. It’s a lonnnnnng, fun day of picking! Their donuts are fresh and delicious as is the cider, the staff is very friendly, and they have a great kids play area. I can imagine it gets pretty crowded on the weekends, but if you have a chance to come during the week you’ll be in for a treat!

Lots of selection in U Pick and delicious frozen cider. It was slow when we went during the week, so that helped as well. If you stop by the store — check out the Traffic Jam(terrible pun, btw), it’s delicious on toast in the morning.

Haunted Hayride and Barn are tons of fun! We made a group reservation and got to go to the front of the line. They did a nice job but weren’t over the top. Not recommended for young children as somebody brought their 10 year old and the kid was crying the entire time.
