I like these guys a lot. I’ve been to so many performance shops where its been some mix of overly expensive, slow, poor craftsmanship, or incompetence sometimes even all those traits in one business. I got plenty of nightmare stories so It is a relief to find a shop that lacks those traits. Oh they also do regular car repair nonperformance vehicles also. Before I go any further they do have one quirk. They only do domestic vehicles. I can’t say they are cheap but the prices are definitely fair. I’ve never had to wait a very long time to get my car back. The one time I thought the workmanship was not quite up to where it should be(though it was not inferior work) they took care of it quick and no extra charge. I think the best work they have done has been on my transmission. The 700R4 they rebuilt has had a perfect blend of street-ablity yet kick you in the pants shift at WOT and has had no reliability problems during the past 3 years with 420hp being put to it. I even had them do my Ford Escape transmission over a Ford dealership and that has been flawless also. They do have a few minor things that some people might find annoying at least they are minor to me. They are in a small building so if you stay there waiting for a repair its just a 2 seat couch that sits kind of close to the person that runs the office if you’re a non talkative loner type that might be awkward. There is another choice you can sit in the employee lunch area which is right behind the office workers desk. Like I said small building lol! They also don’t have a good after hours drop box. It’s not obvious where it is at and I don’t feel it is secure as it should be. Thats it, those are the only real negatives I can think of.
