I was a great customer ordering at least (3) times per week. As of late, the quality has dropped and the customer service is terrible. If you have a complaint you are treated like it is a burden to correct it. My last experience was a sandwich with way to little meat and again terrible customer service. Love Imos! Will never again use this location! Seems to be run by non-caring management… Sad because it is so close to home!

Bad service spent like 50.00 bucks here and ate there. Wife ordered wings that we never received, pizza was half off the plater. Managed by a bunch of idiots won’t be back. I did like that it was a imos you can sit and eat at. But it’s very poorly managed

So, clearly, Imo’s is a STL staple for good reason. Good pizza. No doubt.
CLEARLY this Imo’s is managed by a bunch of idiot chuckleheads who don’t give a flying F when pizzas go out. I was told 35 – 40 minutes. I had to CALL after 60 minutes and they then delivered a cold pizza. WTF?! I live all of 5 minutes from this location.
TIME TO FIND SOMEONE WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO RUN THIS STORE MR. IMO.

I usually do a pick up order, and they are always on time! I loved Imo’s since I was a kid! I served the Navy and traveled all over the world, and when I came home I knew I was home when I had an Imo’s pizza!!!
