Great service! Professional and knowledgeable! Delivery and installation of hot tub was flawless. Set up of new filtering system for above ground pool was perfect. They also provided tips and suggestions for maintenance for both. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew either time. Will definitely go back to Just Pools in the future.

Could not ask for nicer people to deal with. We bought a house with a very special pool an Roy has walked us through each step of getting it back into shape little by little each year. He even helped us get or pool light replaced when they did not sell it or installs the light. Last year they found and fix a line leak. Fair price and professional work. They have us for life.

Just pool sold me a salt system for my above ground pool
Maddona (the owner) told me there’s many benefits for a salt system
And all I would have to do is caulk around my skimmer opening
My first concern I asked her about being a tin pool would it rust?
She said no
Then I asked would it void my warranty ?? She said no
so 2 years later it caused over $ 5200.00 worth of damage
Rusted most of the tin… having to replace almost the whole pool and liner
The warranty wasn’t good so I couldn’t get any monies from that
When I went back to ask the owner about helping me with the cost or labor she simply said there’s nothing we can do for you.
I was a patron there for over 15 years and was appalled by the way they treated me with the situation.

They built a pool for us that we could only use for two years before it started falling down (in-​ground but on a slope with retaining wall). They made a up a lie that it was «due to mother nature,» and therefore they would not fix it. Reputable pool contractors and county inspecdtors actually laughed out loud at them. I’m not laughing since I’m out $ 40,000 for just the pool part of my outdoor entertainment area centered around the pool.
Repeated calls to get them to fix it were to no avail (they would not even return calls after all that money we spent!). We are now having to sue them (no fun that).
Roy Just is a shyster and a thief.
Too late for us, but for your sake, avoid them at all co$t (literally).
They should be renamed «Just Poop » (and Bob, I noticed you were looking down, couldn’t even look me in the eye when you had to honor the snake-oil-salesman’s promises.)
