Been going here for years. Leave happy every time. The workers are so genuinely sweet and caring. Compared to a lot of other nail salons in this area, I found them to be on the not so expensive side, with a better product! Without them my nails would look disastrous

So I was a bit skeptical about this place because when you walk in its a bit dingy there’s a giant fish tank and its all a bit run down looking … But I loved it Patrick was so sweet I had him remove my uv gel acrylic nails and do a simple manicure red with white hearts since Valentine’s Day is coming up it cost me 15 $ and I got a wonderful arm massage with this really yummy orange smelling oil my nails came out great and I think I found my new nail spot I’m posting pics of my nails too

I came in during my lunch break and was looking forward to getting my gel mani in time for the weekend. When I walked in, I was immediately rushed to pick a color and the manicurist looked annoyed that I spent THREE minutes looking at options. She kept grabbing the colors I was looking at and trying to rush me to her chair.
She quickly filed my nails and was SO rushed during the mani I couldn’t believe it. So rushed that she stabbed the underpart of my thumbnail with the cuticle clipper which freaking hurt and stung for a long time after! She didn’t even let my hands sit under the uv light until the time stopped, she kept pulling my hands out early and did three to four layers of color which looked awful and bulbous. A five year old could have taken more care painting my nails. She just brushed the color on not caring if it got on my cuticles or if the color reached all the way to the sides. See my uploaded photos for proof. One was so uneven I asked her at the end to fix it and she looked so annoyed she had to spend two minutes of her time (in an empty salon) to fix it.
My nails are uneven, bulbous thickness, don’t have the shine a gel manicure should have, overall just HIDEOUS.
I am SO disappointed with this nail salon and will NEVER RETURN.

Lilys is the best I have had the best experiences here verse anywhere else in jeffco, south coutny and kirkwood. Highly recommend!!!

It’s hit or miss here. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they treat you like your a burden. They are too busy to be personal. I was very disappointed the last time I went. I won’t be going back!

ummm okay they were nice enough here I didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything and the mani-​pedi was only 30.00 but I would have enjoyed a more posh situation and appreciated a little more care when doing my nails… it was very wham-​bam thank you mam type place… they seem to have some happy and loyal regulars here but i’m not sure why because the décor and lay out suck and they massage they attempt to do was just in a nutshell weird… they go thru the motions but I left without any satisfaction… they didn’t get my cuticles good enough nor did they give my feet a hard enough rub with the pumice…

Only complaint was the nail dyers were poor. My nails took forever to dry because it was simple just a fan in a fancy nail table.

I love this place. They don’t skimp on the leg massage. Patrick is the best! Make an appointment and still be patient. They are busy busy.
