I was a customer for 12 years & just switched to American Eagle Waste.
I’ve had a card on autopay for years now & I guess it expired, I received ZERO notification from them. I got home today & my trash had not been picked up so I called & updated the card. Even though they have a truck on my street later in the week they wanted to charge me a 75.00 fee to empty my 1 trash can. I spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation, she couldn’t care less so I cancelled my service, now they are also charging me 35.00 to pick up their trash can. Way to drive the nail in the coffin so I never come back.
I honestly got good service from them & I loved the guy on our route, but the office people were just completely unwilling to even partially work with me. That’s not they way to do business when you’re price is ¹⁄₃ higher then your competition.
Glad I switched, instead of 93.80 every 3 months it’s 57.00.

We had nothing but trouble with this company. Their container service took over a month to get us a container, refused to pick it up when we terminated our account in a timely manner, and is now trying collect one hundred dollars from us because they failed to retrieve their container from the property even though we left it for over a month at the agreed upon location — which was exactly where it was dropped off. Avoid this company at all costs if you have any choice whatsoever.

I wasn’t sure what to do about trash removal when I first moved to town so I looked around and most people had the big green can so I looked them up on the internet and called and got set up. I am very impressed with the customer service and appreciate that they delivered promptly a nice new can for my residence. I have lived in places before where there was a monopoly on the garbage service and if you lived in one area you could only pick one company so they didn’t care about being nice and professional as much so I ended up hauling my own trash for several years and saved a ton of money. I do think trash collection could be cheaper but than again couldn’t everything!!! So far so good waste management… keep it up…
