I shopped around for a Pest Control company like I do for everything else and was pleasantly surprised with this company! The lady I talked to in the office was very informative and very patient with me as I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions. The price she quoted me was very reasonable and the technician who showed up was on time and very professional. I wish all businesses operated like this.

The prices are good and service people are friendly. However, all of that is undermined by the long-​standing incompetent secretary who cannot schedule appointments correctly and FREQUENTLY forgets or mis-​remembers information told to her over the phone. There is no excuse for the extreme inattentiveness demonstrated. Until they hire a new secretary, I would not recommend them to anyone.
