I had been going to this medical office for sometime when on one visit they informed me that all they had of my records was the file cover. They had either misplaced my file or it was destroyed, I never went back.

I was given a wait time of one hour yet made to wait 3.5 hours to see a doctor. After I was taken to the exam room I waited another 30 minutes, once I saw the doctor it was still another 30 minutes till I was able to leave. The only capable and trustworthy person I met there was the male nurse who came in to re-do my chart after it was mistakenly used for another patient. Not pleased.

My review is for the ugent care office only. I suggest you double-check any necessary paperwork for insurance coverage with the clerks. The secretary that helped me turned me away, telling me that my insurance did not cover urgent care at CHC and that I needed to go to the emergency room. After trying to explain that she was wrong, she started to get short tempered with me and suggested that the only way I could get treated was if I agreed to pay for the visit entirely out of pocket. Thus, I left to sort out the mess. As soon as I drove away, the same girl called me and apologized. She admitted that she had entered my information into the system incorrectly and that I was indeed eligible. I appreciated her candor to admit to her mistake. However, the initial exchange still left a sour taste because I had encountered unwarranted rudeness from her in the first place. My wait time was approximately an hour. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, not an M.D. Since I had a simple case of a flu/cold, I was satisfied with the service. However, if it had been something more serious, I would have wanted to be seen by a physician.
