What an awesome service! This is not your typical body composition measurement method. It gives extremely detailed and accurate stats. This is definitely worth it for anyone with goals to truly be healthy and to understand his/​her body composition. The test is super quick, easy, and the machine runs itself. Not only do the results print out instantly, but the staff is gladly willing to help decipher the results. Really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! All aspects of My Body Stats are impressive. I don’t think there’s anything like this right now.

Such a cool machine! I didn’t know what to expect with this machine. Its a simple machine, not the standard intimidating body composition machine, that is used to track your body composition. I work out pretty often and after standing on this machine for a few minutes, I received a print out report that gave me my body composition of muscle mass and loss of fat mass. You take this report home! This is great for those of you that like to have a planned work out based on actual muscle mass.

My body stats experience was wonderful!
First, the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Second, this is the best way to get a baseline before you start a weight challenge or decide to live a healthier lifestyle. I was amazed how this machine can tell you how much muscle and fat your right arm, right leg, left arm, left leg, torso, etc has! I’ve never seen such detailed numbers about my body and it’s really really cool!
I highly recommend my body stats for any individual, gym, spa, Crossfit boxes, organizations or businesses!
