Taco Bell

To be honest most fast food places are awful but this one is average. A couple of the employees are super nice and patient and make sure to get your order right but don’t come during a busy time. Every time it’s busy I get the wrong order or don’t get something that I paid for.
Make sure they give you a receipt and don’t leave the lot until you check your order. And when I say check it, I mean unwrap your food and look inside it.

Every time you come here it seems like prices are creeping up… they used to have a thing called a $ 2 deal where you get a mini burrito and chips and a small drink for 2 bucks… Now the thing is like 350 and not a deal at all… for some reason, this place is very popular… there are always lines around the building and the service takes a long time… I have had the unfortunate experience of being in the Drive-​Thru line for over 20 minutes waitng for crappy fast Mexican food that is getting more and more expensive… There is another Taco Bell at Bloomfield and Alondra that probably makes you wait about half the time… It’s almost worth it to drive there from this place and go and get your food it will be quicker

This Taco Bell rules. They’re always there when I’m in the mood for tacos. The fact that they have a drive thru makes it even better. Good service too, always get my order right not to mention they’re a lot more efficient than your average Taco Bell. Definitely coming back.

The people running this place will get your order wrong 25% of the time, guaranteed. I’ve gotten someone else’s order. They will never give you a receipt unless you ask for one. When they finally produce one it’s not even for what you ordered. So irritating to have to think for these people!

Worst customer service possible! Deserves a zero. I pulled up to the drive thru and the employee (Jonathan) refused to reach his arm out so I could hand him my payment. I tired to meet him half way but he was having none of it. When I told him he needed to stretch a bit he said, «Well you should park closer next time» Are you kidding? When I asked for a manager they spent a good two minutes discussing the issue in front of me before I was acknowledged. The «manager» (Yadirio) was no help. When I called corporation they were even less help. I realize you are a fast food establishment but a basic amount of customer service should be required.

Went here to get a smothered burrito since I’ve never tried it here. I ordered one with chicken instead and paid the extra for it and I even saw it on the screen. I take it home and as I bit into it I was shocked to find that it was made with ground beef instead of chicken. I got ripped off by the damn cook that screwed up my order.
Come on Taco Bell GET IT TOGETHER!

The guy taking my order at the drive thru was rude and couldn’t even get my order right. I asked questions about their drinks and food but was told «it should be there» (in reference to the displayed menu that I had difficulty reading) I’m not expecting 5 star service from a fast food place but courtesy and willingness to help are essential parts of customer service, something this place is lacking. A drive thru should be better than this

I don’t usually review fast food places, but this one deserves a mention.
TERRIBLE!
My son wanted a cheese taco with the Doritos taco shell (Nacho cheese flavor). We usually use those when we make tacos at home and he loves them.
I pull in to the drive thru and asked if they can make a cheese taco with the Doritos shell (no beef, no lettuce, just cheese). The employee said YES! I was so happy! I told my son and he got excited.
We get home, I serve it to him and what do I get, Doritos taco with a pinch of cheese. Are you serious! It was barely enough cheese to cover the bottom. So Sad! My son looked at it and said «where’s the cheese?»
My fault for not looking at the bag before we left, but wow come on Taco Bell. You didn’t have to put the beef or the lettuce, the least you could have done is top it off with cheese. Never Never Ever Again!

First time at this Taco Bell location, had a great service w/​Yadira the cashier. Place is well maintained and the food was fresh done, which is the most important thing.

I should have read the reviews first, it’s something I normally do before I patronize a place but I like Taco Bell, how could things go wrong? There is a drive thru but due to the tight turn I walked into the restaurant to order. I placed an order for a grande meal, cantina bowl and a burrito. Pretty simple, my order was ready within 7 minutes (I was the only one in there). I got my food, my salsas and napkins and went on my way.
I get home, tacos were poorly made and there was no burrito. I called the number on the receipt hoping they noticed the error and I can go back and pick it up. No answer, it actually went to a fax machine. after trying for a few minutes I let it go. I didn’t wanna waste my time or gas going back so I let it go.
About an hour after we ate, we had tummy issues. no lie.I wasn’t grossly sick but I did have pain and so did my girls. We treated it with some pepto bismol. never going back, at least not to this location.
The cashier was kind enough, I have no complaints about the service at register. My complaint of course is quality of the food, my missing burrito, their phone issues and of course my sloppy tacos. Won’t be back here.

I was a driver through customer. The customer service was ok & pretty fast. Especially for it being lunch time. I had the number 1# combo and asked for extra meat on my taco. It was the best taco I had ever had at any Tacobell.

Good for a late night snack or meal. It’s gotten better since the revamp, I always hit up the drive through tho. The dining area inside is small but nice

It has gotten better ever since they added the indoor eating area and some music to make it classier and less run down than the old outdoor seating area. A few years ago I chipped my tooth on one of their hardshell tacos at this place, (turned out there was some grit similar to a tiny pebble embedded in one of their shells) so I would recommend never buying one of their hard shell tacos, EVER. Even if they taste better than soft shells!
Aside from that I’ve forgiven them, and the service and presentation is better than it was a few years back.

I come here every now and then because it’s the closest to me. Food is good, they don’t mess up the order, I like drive through, they are quick. Only thing I don’t like is they are really very very stingy about giving sauces. They would tell you in numbers how many do you need. And even than they would give you less. I think it’s funny, «how many would you like sir?», «oh you know just a few», «so 4? 5?», «yes, that would be fine :)», «here»… BAAM it’s only 3. How the fish I’m gonna eat 2 chalupa, and crunch wrap with just 3 fire sauce? Come on. «YUM!» can afford to give out few extra sauces to its Taco Bell brand!

It’s been ages since I’ve had Taco Bell. I dunno, if the Mexican fast food bug takes over, I usually head to Del Taco. Maybe it’s because my first job was working at a Taco Bell. I was a young pup, 16 & going into my senior year in high school. I remember enjoying the taste of the boil in a bag chicken. Whether it was the chicken itself or all the tasty chemicals & preservatives, who knows?
Now, it wasn’t my choice to stop in for a quick lunch. However, I am a conformist & will take one for the team from time to time.
My brother mentions how he often has the Cantina Power Bowls during his work lunch. I thought «Why not? I’ll have that.»
Enter the Chicken Cantina Power Bowl — white meat chicken, romaine lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, avocado ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, reduced-​fat sour cream on a bed of Latin rice & slow-​simmered black beans. For $ 4.99, the portion size was good and, while not earth-​shattering, I found I enjoyed my quick meal. Coulda used more chicken, but all in all, not bad.
Service was good. The cashier took our order & our food was quickly prepared. Our selections were even brought to our table, which was a nice touch. What was even a nicer touch was the A/​C on FULL BLAST!!! It felt truly like winter dining inside this Taco Bell. I was in heaven, as my man blubber keeps me insulated like a thermos. As I left & walked out, a part of me wanted to pop back in for a little more A/​C love ;p
There are a few tables for 10 diners to sit & have a meal, but this location is really more for drive-​thru. A few parking spots available, but not enough to accomodate a family reunion or anything.
Taco Bell, picking you as a lunch option proved to be a decent choice. My Chicken Cantina Power Bowl was sufficient to abate my hunger, w/​o breaking the bank, & I loved the Artic A/​C cooling off my hot self. I still don’t plan to be a Taco Bell regular, but at least I will no longer have a look of disdain when someone mentions having a run for the border.

It’s Taco Bell! Best service iv had at a fast food joint. Happy workers make me happy! They where really busy too but hey they have smile on their face

Freezing!!! Like they are storing meat in the Gdamn place. Year around its freezing. I’m done.

Came home to no dinner so I drove top this taco bell. Normally I’m not partial to fast food chains like this but I was starving it was past 8 pm SUNDAY so I wasn’t about to cook. TB has a drive thru I figured awesome. six hours later I’m regretting that decision, I ordered a number 5 which is a Nacho supreme with a taco (I have the taco to homeless guy begging by exit into the street) and a cherry mountain dew freeze. Anyways I’m regretting the decision because I feel nauseated, and my stomach hurts. (T_​T) As a result I’m making the claim that this TB made me sick
I’m positive because only other food intake I had Sunday was oatmeal and honeyed dates for breakfast, a smoothie with spinach, strawberries, flax seeds, mango’s and bananas, protein powder paired with a turkey lettuce wrap for lunch at noon.

Why pay for an enema when you can go here! I rarely ever eat taco bell because its a pretty shitty excuse for food, but that nacho cheese is prime! I tried their dollar burrito which was essentially a tortilla stuffed with fritos. If it wasnt for the nachos supreme and gordita I would never go here.
Tip: only eat when drunk or constipated in need of a serious shit. no joke

There were only 4 cars in front of me and this drive thru took 20 min. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s called a drive thru cause Ppl don’t have time to dine in and on top of all of this the got my order wrong and I didn’t notice it till I opened up the wrappers at home :-(
