Ritz Carlton

This is my second week staying at the Ritz Aruba for my honeymoon, as I booked a 11 night stay. To start off, the customer service is great … But not the typical ritz standard I am used to.
The «convenient «store has absolutely nothing that a guest would need, so I was told to go to the Marriott hotel to find what I was looking for. Which to me, no big deal :)
BUTT, the lack of food and entertainment is beyond disappointing.
Example: I ordered room service, «pie of pizza «for $ 20, which was actually 4 small slivers of breadsticks with marinara sauce on it, which tasted like microwaved cardboard.
Again, I’m totally not picky so if I were getting what I payed for I would be fine with it but their prices are insane for the worst food.
(out of a two week stay the only good thing I had was a steak sandwich)
Besides the poor food, there is NOOOO options for dining. Actually pathetic!
Drinks are anywhere from $ 10 – 20, and have zero alcohol in them as I have never came close to reaching a buzz. So pack your OWN ALCHHOLLLLL !
Lasttttttt, zero entertainment ! They have the same duo sing EVERY night (granted they are talented). But they are beyond a snore ! It’s romantic for a hour, TOPS! Not every night!
No music during the day. No entertainment during the day !
Well kept, but big disappointment and boring stay!
