We used Anthony Rael to help us sell our condo and at the same time purchase a new home for our growing family. Working with Anthony was amazing! He was professional at all times and truly had our best interest in mind. He was never pushy and never grew tired of our many random questions that we would pose sometimes well after normal business hours. He went over the contracts line by line to make sure we understood what were signing and the implications of each criteria that we agreed to. When we ran into a problem due to Mother Nature in purchasing our home and had to decide whether to delay closing or go forward with it; Anthony only had our best interest in mind and stated that if we had any moment of hesitation that we should not go forward with the closing and wait until the problem was fully resolved. I believe this example best shows how much Anthony truly cares about his clients. He could have just told us that it would be fine and to go ahead and close on time as this would not have been any skin off of his back. Rather he took the approach to think of us as friends rather than just clients. In a world where all too often people are callus towards others and only thinking of themselves; Anthony truly goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides memorable and exceptional customer service.
