I see some positive reviews. Apparently, they didn’t go to Doc McHugh.
I wish I could unleash my fury via this message, but there would be too many four letter expletives.
Let’s just say she enjoys using assumptions and we all know what ASSuming does.

I had such a bad experience finding a pediatrician. I didn’t think I would ever find someone I felt comfortable with. Then I met Dr. Leblanc. She was amazing! She handled my daughter like I would, she wasn’t judgmental, she didn’t push me to do stuff I didn’t want to, and she respected my choices as a parent. If she felt strongly she will voice her opinion and I hear her out but no shaming because of a choice I made. I really hope my daughter gets to have her as a forever pediatrician!

I find this place to be great. They are always very friendly, caring, and thorough. Dr. Abbey has been our family Pediatrician for many years and he has taken great care of them.
If you need a last minute appointment, they have always fit us in and the wait times are fast. The office is very nicely decorated for the kids. I love the fish tank. Highly recommend.

This used to be our pediatrician. We went here on a recommendation. My cheif complaint is that every, single time we went we had to wait, and wait, and wait. Plan to be there 2 hours for a basic appointment. Stinks when your kid is healthy and you are sitting in the waiting room for an hour with a bunch of sick kiddos.
Also, I constantly felt judged – the doctor said things like «It’s unfortunate that your child has to be in daycare – I chose to wait until my kids were older to start working» and «it really would be better if you were still breastfeeding»
Also, if you have a sick kid you have to call in, have the nurse call you back and then they decide if your kid is sick enough to be seen that day. They are overbooked with appointments as it is
Found a new pediatrician (Indian Crest) where I never have to wait, can get my kid in the same day – and feel valued as a customer

We are new to the area, and I was not looking forward to finding a new pediatrician for our daugther because we loved our old Pediatric group. Boy did we luck out! We got in to see Dr. LeBlanc as a first-​time patient on the same day, and she spent almost an hour with us! She was so thorough and sweet, and our daugther loved her. We have definitely found our new pediatric practice, and we are thrilled!
