I have mixed feelings about this place… The service they provide is excellent, however the way they do billing/payment is an absolute nightmare. I have Delta Dental through my work and from what I was told, the plan I’m on has a pretty straight forward co-pay fee schedule. But Dr. Zeitlin’s office charges me this weird amount up front, then bills the insurance for the work, then whenever they get paid by the insurance, they give me my money back in the form of credit on my account. I got enough problems to deal with at the dentist that I really don’t want to play accountant to keep track of my charges. I had a bigger surgery scheduled, so I asked them to send my treatment plan to the insurance company to get pre-approved first, they told me that after almost 3 months, they never heard back from the insurance. Yet no body never bothered to follow-up with the insurance, instead, I had to ask them to send it in again! With that being said, the staff are wonderful and professional. Dr. Zeitlin gives you his honest opinion on what he believes is the best care for you. Although like what other reviewers said, I do sometimes feel like he is trying to up-sell me on some of the products. Overall, if you care about service and don’t mind having about $ 100 credit floating around on your account, then this is a good place. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

What a disappointing experience! Upon arriving to the office as a new patient, my husband was told he was not able to have his cleaning and exam on the same day. We’ve never heard of this, and he was very upset to have to take another day off work to have his cleaning done. On top of that, he was asked several times at that visit to make a referral for Dr. Zeitlin. My husband was really annoyed by the hassling for referrals when he was unhappy with the service in the first place. I can understand asking for referrals from long time clients, but asking a first time client who is not happy for referrals lacks common sense, much less professionalism. We found a different dentist who was able to have an exam and cleaning on the same day — just like every other dentist we’ve ever had.

I used them for a few years. They do good work. He is into sales. He will try to upsell you. So as long as you don’t mind trying to be sold something everytime you go, youll like the practice. I will no longer be using him because he no longer will accept my insurance company(it’s a discount). He is only accepting full payment customers. In the few years we(my family) have been going there, we only really had one issue. He(doc zeitlin) thought he had the right to question my wife about my 14 year old watching a cartoon American dad. He didn’t feel it was a show for a 14 year old. It really bother my wife, enough that she wanted to find a new dentists. I personally don’t get affected by others beliefs or thoughts, so we stayed. Now she will be very happy, I could careless. I will still wish him well and hope his greed won’t affect him and his sleep.
