I actually had a wonderful experience with them about two weeks ago– received a great 90 minute massage and even signed up for a membership. Yesterday I called to book an appointment and since they didn’t have anything available same-day, I scheduled an appointment for the next day(now today) at 12:30pm. I didn’t want to wait a day, but I figured it would be worth the wait. Boy was I wrong! This morning at 10am I receive a voicemail telling me they won’t do my massage without a doctor’s note because I had neck surgery 9÷3÷15. I found this bizarre for several reasons: 1) it wasn’t an issue two weeks ago for my last appointment; 2) it wasn’t mentioned when I booked the appointment yesterday; and 3) they expected a doctor’s note from a spinal specialist in two hours. When do doctors EVER write notes that quickly? Never! I explained that I am getting on a plane tomorrow and was looking forward to the massage before the flight. They apologized and offered me a complimentary 90 minute massage when I return– kind of defeats the purpose of the pre-flight massage… Also, I can’t get it without the doctor’s note. And at this point it’s been so long since surgery that I would have to pay for another visit with the doctor to get the note, which would more than offset the cost of the«complimentary» massage. If you’re just an average person with aches and pains, this place is fine. But if you have ever had any sort of spinal surgery, injury or accident, they obviously don’t feel comfortable handling those kinds of issues– even months after the fact. It took me less than 10 minutes to find some place more accommodating.

Highly recommend Leila and Elements Massage. The front office staff are caring and friendly. They have lemon water available as well. The office has great hours in the evenings and on weekends. The rooms are great with adjustable music and heated massage tables. Leila rocks and I highly recommend you book with her. She was cognizant of my needs and educated me about my problems and what was causing them. Although my massage was for pain relief versus relaxation before the massage session was over Leila asked if there was any areas I wanted her to work on that she hadn’t touched on. She also provided stretches following my massage that I could do to ease my pain in the future.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. This place was clean, calming, welcoming and the people were very nice and helpful. Danny was my massage therapist, and he was fantastic. He asked me all the right questions, and actually listened to what I needed. Also I feel so many times you go to get a massage they get back to the room in time, but by the time they start you lose about 10min of massage time. This was most certainly not the case, I got the full time and every minute was used very well. I will be going back and I recommend this place to everyone. Go check it out.

I’ve visited Elements Massage twice now, and I’ve been super pleased both times. The lobby is really welcoming, and the front desk staff is incredibly kind. They taught me that if you can get a letter from a doctor, you can actually utilize flex spending for visits. You can actually set up your flex card for auto payments, if you choose to sign up for their wellness program. Big points. I’ve met with two different massage therapists so far — Leela(so sorry for likely misspelling her name) and Carrie. Leela performed deep tissue massage, as I’d had an enormous knot of muscle underneath a shoulder blade, and she did a great job of manipulating my body and really digging into the key spots. She has the most soothing voice you’ve ever heard, and I really liked how she guided my breathing when she really applied strong pressure to specific parts. Carrie provided more of a medium pressure massage, which was amazing as well, albeit different. I particularly how she worked on my arms and my feet. They’re in a great location, and I have no complaints. Engage in some self-care and hit them up sometime in the near future.

I have had better massages, but the place is convenient, clean and well-appointed. My first massage was shy of 55 minutes so I let them know, and the manager called me immediately to make it right. My second massage was full time, but wasn’t particularly enjoyable. I know each therapist has their own style and each person their own expectation, so I would recommend trying them out to find yours.

The Good: Reception Area The Bad: I was charged an extra $ 59 after I cancelled my membership to Elements. I gave 30 days notice, and was till charged. I will update this review/when/if management returns my money. [Updated] The manager fixed this within 24 hours. Great response time.

I will admit that I can count on a single hand the number of massages I’ve gotten in my life but after Elements, I think I’m going to need more digits. I think my biggest hesitation, excluding price, was the fact that I really didn’t know what I needed or really anything about the benefit of therapeutic massage. Being morbidly inflexible, I find myself prone to injury and generally tight all the time especially in the shoulders and upper back. My therapist explained to me as she began the treatment the benefits of pushing just beyond my comfort level to address some of these issues in not only the area where the pain existed, but where it was being caused — my legs. I happen to be one of those people who loves to know everything and the therapist obliged me with a full description of the anatomy of my issues and some tips for treatment including stretching, yoga, and massage. Further conversation shed light on her extensive training and knowledge of the human body. She explained how massage was her passion and remained as therapeutic for her as it did for her clients. Mind you this was said while she was using her elbow and all her weight to surgically extract a knot in my posterior — That’s love. There’s something special about finding people who are truly passionate about what they do. You can rest assured that those people will always provide a superior service and be on the cutting edge of their industry. When all was said and done and I’d drank as much water as instructed to flush the impressive amount of lactic acid that had been wrestled out, I could feel a new range of motion I hadn’t felt since I was a kid. Aside from the stellar quality service which I’ve built this review around, Elements is perfect for a person like me for two additional reasons — Convenience and Accountability. Location and scheduling was truly a breeze and they offered discounted wellness plans to keep me on track. I’ll be back for sure AND I know I’ve found a gift for my wife that can’t miss.

Chad is a massage magician. I was impressed at his ability to know exactly what my body needed. You can tell by his practice that he truly loves what he does. I highly recommend this studio. Amazing! The concept is solid, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is really top notch, but the therapists are even better! Just went in today with some chronic pain and came out completely pain-free. This is definately the place to be!

Wonderful staff. Friendly and knowledgable therapist. Memberships rates make massages affordable. With the massage being tailored for you and not just a one size fits all like some major massage chains. Wanna feel better go to elements!!!
