I’ve visited here multiple times now and every time it’s the same selection. The guy who runs the store seems to be pretty up front though, he told me he’s a starter store and it would take a while to get a better selection. Pricey on the classics that’s for sure! All Mario games for N64 are $ 40+, could probably find on Amazon for cheaper.

2012 Review #366: Last review of the year! It’s been a year of video games, could there be anything better than a year of food and video games? From PAX East to PAX Prime, big games to forgotten ones, there was no better way to wrap up the year than a trip to a game store. Game Force is a local chain, with four Denver area locations. This one is right by Elvis Cinema, not a great part of town but it’s a convenient strip mall location. When we were there, the owner/manager was working, and really ignored us. He eventually checked in with us but mostly left us alone, except to follow us around wiping our fingerprints from the glass cases,(really). We came specifically because my husband had seen an N64 game here for substantially less than anywhere else. Sure enough, they had the game we were looking for $ 20 less than on Amazon. That said, you should come here knowing what you’re looking for, or at least knowing competitors prices. Many of the other N64 games were not competitively priced, with perennial favorites like Ocarina of Time costing $ 25 – 40. Like any game store, there is a big DVD selection here as well, and the selection was pretty good, with some brand new releases for very cheap. When we made our purchase, it still felt like the manager would rather we had not come at all, but we were happy with our purchase all the same. It was a fun way to end an afternoon outing, and it gave me a nice way to conclude a food-and-games-fueled year of reviews!

Okay selection but definitely pricey. They also sell used DVDs/Blus here as well.
