I always say, if you want disappointment go to this jack in the box. Food orders are often wrong, and once you get your food is cold. Save yourself, unless you like disappointment.

It’s fast food, no big surprises. Ultimate cheesebuger was tasty. Salads were decent, filled mostly with iceberg lettuce. The fresh grilled chicken was good.
The service was fair. The clerk took a while to acknowledge us and then didn’t know about what each salad came with. Kinda annoying as this is your job and you should know. She even asked another employee who was standing around 2 others and none of the 4 had a clue.

Forced here by an 8 year old. Avoid like the plaque. Burger was one of the worst I have had. It’s not that the ingredients were bad, just a poor experience… even the fries were soggy.

So glad jack is back! Every time we come to this location, all the employees are very friendly and always have a smile their face: D service is great and always fresh!
